Please use this thread as a collection folder for anyone and everyone, in & outside India, of Indian origin who's treacherous to our motherland. For right now please limit to people in politics and power in India, we can expand later as the need be.
This thread should not be limited to people of any particular community or group, however please do not play the 'Equal-Equal Game' by blaming a person of another group trying to spread out the blame equally.
The reason I'm starting this thread is to make a list of people who are living of our country's resources but not loyal to her. In short, their loyalty lies outside India yet they don't. And we need to know who these great souls are?

For example, we have Mr. X from Party 'A' and Mr. Y from party 'B.' Y doesn't like X, or say a decision of Mr. X caused Y, or his party, a lot of heartburn then Y can dislike X or hate X with all his heart but still.........Mr. Y still cannot call Mr. X an anti-national.

Krishna, permit me to nitpick here. Imam Bukhari is certainly not one of my favorite people, but it is not clear that the above statement is anti-Indian much less traitorous. He is of course lauding the act of 9-11, which is despicable, but does that make him a traitor to India ? After all the GOTUS did diddly squat about terrorists who have acted against India in the past.
The same goes for praising OBL. OBL has made adverse remarks about India but there is no charge against him in Indian territory AFAIK and if he were to visit India, which he almost certainly has in the past, it is not clear that the GOI can make any charge of violating Indian law stick on him. Of course GOTUS would want him extradited, but even that could get bogged down in a legal battle. My point is praising OBL is no crime in India. In reality of course India would probably whisk him away secretly to the US, regardless of the legal issues. Even so I am not sure that praising OBL is a particularly good example of traitorous or anti-national activity on the part of Imam Bukhari.
A better example would be if Imam Bukhari said something about defying Indian security forces in J&K. I will try to dig out some material on that, but my suspicion is that he has become very adept at not crossing the Lakshman rekha.
The charge of traitor is a very serious charge and should not be bandied about lightly.

Clearly asking that TSP should be involved in an internal matter of India assigns a role for the terrorist state of being a Godfather to the IM population which is simply unacceptable and indicates that he considers Pakistan to have a role in J&K.

Kaushal, You have very valid reasons to disagree with my calling Bukhari a traitor. The reasons you gave are technically right and there is no way I can counter argue that. However, I will try to give my reasons for calling him a traitor.
The reason I'm calling him a traitor is not because he had defied any law of the land or done something anti-national but because he's directly challenging the views of most Indians which has become 'a given' but not a declared law. After 9/11, India and Indians openely supported USA and said we are with you, even though you guys didn't supported us when we are facing the same problems for the last decade......we are still with you and we will do whatever we can to help you nail down these b@st@rds. And Bukhari knows it as well as the world that India & Indians meant it when they said that, unlike the pakis. Now lauding the acts of 9/11 and praising Osama is the same as lauding the parliament attack on Dec 13, 2001 and then praising the Terrorist regime of TSP. IMO, he's not a traitor for he has done any thing anti-national, on this one, but because he had insulted the national stand of India.

The Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI), proscribed under the Prevention of Terrorism Act, 2002 (POTA), is an Islamist fundamentalist organization, which advocates the âliberation of Indiaâ by converting it to an Islamic land. The SIMI, an organisation of young extremist students has declared Jehad against India, the aim of which is to establish Dar-ul-Islam (land of Islam) by either forcefully converting everyone to Islam or by violence.
Formation
The SIMI was formed at Aligarh in the State of Uttar Pradesh on April 25, 1977. Mohammad Ahmadullah Siddiqi, Professor of Journalism and Public Relations at the Western Illinois University Macomb, Illinois, was the founding President of the outfit. It originally emerged as an offshoot of the Jamaat-e-Islami Hind (JeIH).
Objectives and Ideology

Jehad for the cause of Islam
SIMI also attempts to utilize the youth in the propagation of Islam and also to mobilize support for Jehad and establish a Shariat-based Islamic rule through "Islami Inqulab". As the organization does not believe in a nation-state, it does not believe in the Indian Constitution or the secular order. SIMI also regards idol worship as a sin and considers it to be a holy duty to terminate idol worship.
SIMI is widely believed to be against Hinduism, western beliefs and ideals, as well as other âanti-Islamic culturesâ. Among its various objectives, the SIMI aims to counter what it believes is the increasing moral degeneration, sexual anarchy in the Indian society as also the âinsensitivenessâ of a âdecadentâ west. Ideologically, SIMI maintains that the concepts of secularism, democracy and nationalism, keystones of the Indian Constitution, are antithetical to Islam. Parallel to its rejection of secularism, democracy and nationalism is its oft-repeated objective of restoration of the 'khilafat', emphasis on 'ummah' (Muslim brotherhood), and the need for a Jehad to establish the supremacy of Islam.
The outfit is known to have adopted an extremist and militant posture on various issues of concern to the Muslim community.
According to the SIMI, Al Qaeda chief Osama bin Laden is an outstanding example of a true Mujahid, who has undertaken Jehad on behalf of the 'ummah'.
Leadership
Dr Shahid Badar Falah functioned as the national president and Safdar Nagori as the secretary-general till the organization was proscribed under the Prevention of Terrorism Act, 2002. The Delhi Police arrested Falah on September 28, 2001, from its office in the Zakir Nagar area of Delhi and he has subsequently been charged with sedition and inciting communal disharmony in the State of Uttar Pradesh.
Currently, the outfit is reported to be operating underground under the leadership of Nagori. Nagori has been named in a First Information Report (FIR) under Section 3 of the Unlawful Activities Act, registered at the New Friends Colony Police station in South Delhi. Nagori, declared a Proclaimed Offender in the case, has been absconding since September 27, 2001. He is alleged to have established links with the operatives of Inter Service Intelligence (ISI), Pakistanâs external intelligence agency, and other Islamist fundamentalist leaders in a bid to revive SIMI cadres under the umbrella of a different outfit.
Linkages and Areas of Operation
SIMI reportedly secures generous financial assistance from the World Assembly of Muslim Youth (WAMY), Riyadh, and also maintains close links with the International Islamic Federation of Students' Organizations (IIFSO) in Kuwait.
The Chicago-based Consultative Committee of Indian Muslims is also reported to have supported SIMI morally and financially.
The SIMI also has links with the Jamaat-e-Islam (JeI) units in Pakistan, Bangladesh and Nepal. The SIMI is also alleged to have close links with the Hizb-ul-Mujahideen (HM) and the ISI. Certain SIMI leaders are reported to have had close links with Pakistan-based terrorist groups such as the Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) and Jaish-e-Mohammed.
Groups of SIMI sympathizers reportedly exist in several places in the Gulf States. Jamayyatul Ansar, an organisation of SIMI activists comprising expatriate Indian Muslims, reportedly operates in Saudi Arabia.
Several Islamist fundamentalist organisations in India are allegedly controlled by former SIMI cadres. Prominent among them are the Kerala-based National Democratic Front and Islamic Youth Centre (IYC), and the Tamil Nadu Muslim Munnetra Kazhagam (TMMK) in Tamil Nadu.
According to official sources, in the year 1993 following the arrest of a Sikh terrorist, it was revealed that SIMI cadres, Sikh and Kashmiri terrorists, had been brought together by the ISI through the Jamaat-e-Islami in Pakistan to carry out subversive activities.
The outfit is currently regarded as having a national presence with strong bases in the States of Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Kerala, Maharashtra (Aurangabad, Malegaon, Jalgaon and Thane), Andhra Pradesh and Assam. It reportedly has a strong base in various universities in these States. SIMI is also believed to enjoy the support of a large section of the Muslim populace in cities such as Kanpur, Rampur, Moradabad, Saharanpur, Lucknow and Azamgarh in Uttar Pradesh. Official sources are reported to have identified nine districts in Uttar Pradesh, where the SIMI is suspected of engaging in subversive activities-Lucknow, Kanpur, Aligarh, Agra, Faizabad, Bahraich, Barabanki, Lakhimpur Kheri and Azamgarh. The SIMI is also being utilised by various terrorist outfits because it has a well-knit network in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and West Bengal.
Membership, Influence and Activities
Opposed to democracy, secularism and nationalism, SIMI has been advocating among its followers - some 400 ansars (full-time cadres) and the 20,000 ordinary members - the need to oppose "man-made" institutions and work for the ummah. Students up to the age of 30 years are eligible to be its members and after completing this age-limit they retire from the organization. SIMI cadres consider Osama bin Laden as a âtrue believer of Islamâ and regard him as an epitome of âIslamic Heroâ. According to Safdar Nagori, a prominent SIMI leader, bin Laden is "not a terrorist'" and neither is Jammu and Kashmir an "integral part of India." At its congregations, messages and recorded speeches have been relayed from the Palestinian Hamas leader Sheikh Ahmed Yasin and Qazi Hussein Ahmed, chief of the Pakistani Jamaat.
Official sources have indicated that the SIMI has established links with terrorist outfits and is also supporting extremism/militancy in Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir and elsewhere. The outfit is reported to have published objectionable posters and literature, which are intended to incite communal feelings and which question the territorial integrity of India.
Shaheen Force, the outfitâs wing for schoolchildren seeks to "protect the children from present-day misguidance and vices" and keeps them "under the shade of Islamic culture". The outfit also has a wing that aims to channelise the talent of girls for the Islamist cause.
SIMI reportedly operates many special programmes for students of Arabic colleges and Islamic universities. Students receive training and other assistance in the study of languages and Islamic sciences. According to the SIMI, renaissance of the ummah depends on Islamic scholars because the community can attain its glory only when it will be led and guided by sincere ulema (scholars).
According to the SIMI, Israelis were responsible for the 9/11 attacks in New York. According to a press release issued by its secretary-general Safdar Nagori after 9/11, "there are strong reasons to believe that the recent attacks may be a conspiracy of the Zionist Israel, which is rapidly losing world support because of its inhuman and terrorist activities in Palestine."

SIMI publishes several magazines in various languages, including Vivekam in Malayalam, Sedhi Madal in Tamil, Rupantar in Bengali, Iqraa in Gujarati, Tahreek in Hindi, Al Harkah in Urdu and the Shaheen Times.

July 16: A POTA Court in Delhi convicts two SIMI activists for their active involvement with the banned outfit.
May 26: Mumbai Police arrest two suspected activists of the SIMI in the Ghatkopar bomb blast case and remand them to police custody till June 5.
May 14: Mumbai Police arrest three persons from Padgah village and foil a plan that envisaged a series of explosions in Mumbai and Kerala, which was allegedly hatched by the SIMI and Lashkar-e-Toiba. The accused were identified as Muzzamal Ansari, Mohammed Nadir Palob and Arif Hussain.
May 11: Mumbai Police detains SIMI activist Anwar Ali, a lecturer of the National Defence Academy in Khadakvasla, Maharashtra, for his suspected involvement in the March 13-Mulund train bomb explosion case.
May 3: Mumbai Police arrests six SIMI activists with links to the LeT and also seizes lethal chemicals and some arms and ammunition from their possession.
April 25: Mumbai Police arrests two suspected SIMI activists for their alleged involvement in the March 13-Mulund-bomb blast case from the Padgha village of Thane district.
April 21: Mumbai Police arrests Ghulam Akbar Khotal, an alleged SIMI activist from Ratnagiri in Maharashtra, in connection with March 13 Mulund blast.
April 10: Saquib Nachan, a SIMI activist, surrenders before the Mumbai High Court. He is subsequently arrested by the Mumbai Police and booked under POTA for his alleged involvement in the Mulund blast. Saquib was arrested from Gujarat in October 1992 under the Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Act (TADA) for his subversive activities and sentenced to life imprisonment, which was later commuted to 10 years by the Supreme Court. He was released from the Sabarmati jail in April 2001.
March 12: Noman Badar alias Falahi, one of the top leaders of SIMI, is brought on transit remand to Delhi from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. A case against him is pending in a Court in Delhi for his involvement in unlawful activities, including publishing objectionable using inflammatory language.
February 24: Police arrest two persons allegedly connected with the SIMI at Rabodi in Thane District of Maharashtra and seize incriminating documents from their possession.
January 29: Mumbai Police suspects the LeT and SIMI for the twin blasts near Vile Parle railway station in Mumbai on January 27 and January 28. United Arab Emirates (UAE) based LeT terrorist Abu Hamza is suspected to be the masterminded behind the first explosion, in which a women was killed and 25 more injured.
January 27: Uttar Pradesh Police arrests three SIMI activists from Lucknow and recover certain incriminating documents from them.
January 26: Dubai authorities deport Mohammed Altaf, an activist of the SIMI and main accused in the December 2, 2002, bomb blast at Ghatkopar.
January 9: Madhya Pradesh Police arrests Bhopal district unit former president of the SIMI Khalid Naeem. He was later released on bail.
January 3: Mumbai Police invokes POTA against four SIMI activistsââ Abdul Mattin, Sayed Khwaja, Muzzamil Ahmed and Zahir Shaikhââfor allegedly setting off a blast inside a bus in Ghatkopar on December 2, 2002, in which three persons were killed.

December 21: A Delhi court discharges SIMI leader Mohammed Javed Iqbal in a sedition and unlawful activities case and also drops sedition charges against its president Shahid Badar and three others. While discharging Iqbal, the court granted bail to Badar and four others in the case. The court also dropped sedition charge against Badar in another case and granted him bail on a personal bond of Rs 5,000 and one surety.
October 7: Supreme Court issues notices to Union Government and eight States on a petition filed by the SIMI challenging the Union Home Ministry's order declaring the organization as unlawful and the subsequent order of a Tribunal upholding the same. States to which notices were issued are: Kerala, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Gujarat, Rajasthan and Andhra Pradesh.
May 27: Two SIMI activists are arrested in Delhi.
May 5: Uttar Pradesh unit SIMI chief Noman Badar is arrested in Lucknow.
March 18: SIMI activist Hasib Raja is arrested in Kolkata, West Bengal, and half a kilogram of RDX is seized from him. He was allegedly planning to blow up the Howrah Bridge.
January 28: Police arrest eight SIMI activists from Vadodara in Gujarat.

December 28: Police in Surat, Gujarat, arrest 123 persons for their alleged links with SIMI and also recover certain incriminating documents from their possession.

October 8: Police arrest the Tamil Nadu State vice-president of SIMI, Abdul Qudoos, from Madurai.

A close collaboration between Communist terrorist
organisations from different parts of the country is
strengthening their âarmed revolutionâ against the
Indian State
During the last year, Communist terrorist
organisations have registered an unusual increase of
36 per cent in their activities. The precision with
which mines were blasted with the intention to take
Chandrababu Naiduâs life speaks a lot about the
preparedness of the Peopleâs War Group (PWG).
Since the 1917 October revolution, violence has been
an inseparable part of the Communist âpractical party
lineâ. From Stalin and Mao to EMS and Jyoti Basu,
violence has always been the hallmark of Communist
partiesâ growth even as banners inscribed with the
words âPeace, Harmony, Peopleâs power, Condemn the
Bourgeois, Long Live the Revolutionâ continue to
flutter on the graves of the âenemies of the working
classesâ (read dissidents and opponents). Terrorism is
used as a tool to perpetuate their hold on the masses
as well as their own party workers. Another
interesting facet of the Communist violent movements
in this subcontinent is their presence in the only two
Hindu majority countries, i.e. Nepal and India. They
are, surprisingly, not active in any of the Islamic
countries in our neighbourhood.
What is most worrying the government is the
realignment and rejuvenation of Communist extremism
and its spread to new frontiers. The close
collaboration between the Maoist Communist Centre
(MCC) and the CPI(M-L) Peopleâs War has almost
crystallised into a broad âunited frontâ of Communist
terrorism in India. This is one of the three
pre-requisites laid down by Mao for a successful armed
revolution, the other two being a âpeopleâs armyâ and
a âstrong Communist partyâ.
The main purpose behind the unity of the MCC, CPI(M-L)
Peopleâs War as well as the Communist Party of Nepal
(Maoist) [CPN-M] is to carve out a âcompact
revolutionary zoneâ from Nepal through Bihar and the
Dandkaranya region to Andhra Pradesh. This arrangement
also involves imparting training and supplying arms
and ammunitions to Nepalese Maoists, while maintaining
close âfraternal relationsâ with anti-national outfits
like the ULFA and the NSCN(I-M).
Chandrababu Naidu is on the hit list of the PWG mainly
because its cadres were attenuated by a series of
debilitating losses inflicted upon it through the
anti-PWG drive of the Andhra police. But the PWG still
retains enough manpower, organisational network,
arsenal and striking power to remain a major threat to
internal security. It has raised companies on the army
and paramilitary pattern by upgrading its existing
military platoons.
It is also engaged in training its overground
sympathisers in guerrilla warfare, development of
capabilities to make wireless sets and form a
âpeopleâs guerrilla armyâ.
Intelligence inputs indicate that in pursuit of their
efforts to evolve a united platform of Communist
revolutionaries for strengthening their âarmed
revolutionâ against the Indian State, the MCC and the
Revolutionary Communist Centre of India-Maoist
(RCCI-M) have agreed to merge into a single entity, to
be christened the Maoist Communist Centre of India
(MCC-I).
It is significant that the erstwhile CPI(M-L)-PWG had
been similarly formed in 1980 by the merger of seven
splinter Communist outfits operating in Andhra Pradesh
and Tamil Nadu. The CPI(M-L)-Party Unity of undivided
Bihar merged with the CPI(M-L)-PWG in August 1998 in a
new avatar called the CPI(M-L) Peopleâs War. Since
then, the outfit has acquired a national dimension and
today accounts for about 64 per cent of country-wide
Communist violence, with its activities being reported
from 12 states.
In Kerala, the main targets of Communist terrorism
have been RSS and BJP workers.
Recently, a local court awarded capital punishment to
five CPI(M) workers who were found guilty of killing
Jay Krishnan, a BJP worker. Since 1969, more than 60
RSS workers have been brutally killed by the
Communists. And how! A teacher was hacked to death in
front of his students in the classroom, students of
the ABVP were drowned in a river, a former CPI(M)
workerâs legs are knifed in front of his ageing
parents for the âsinâ of joining a RSS shakha.
Similarly, in Bengal, Trinamool Congress workers have
been the main targets of the Communist violence. Their
hands were chopped off when found âguiltyâ of ânot
voting for the CPI(M)â. More than one hundred cases of
murders, rape and plunder have been reported by the
Trinamool Congress, but the Communist government
ensured that nothing happened to their ideological
comrades. Neither the âsecularâ parties, nor their
fundamentalist Taliban-like âcombativeâ allies feel
concern for the victims of Communist violence, which
is as despicable as any other form of violence.
According to home ministry sources, more than 9,773
(till June 2003) people have been killed by various
Communist terrorist organisations active in 55
districts declared âLeft-extremism affectedâ in eight

Are we shocked that US has finally labeled Dawood as a terrorist? People from the underworld, hitmen, etc, have been flocking into US since early 90s. NYC was witness to show after shows. It was a known secret that extortion money is collected at Jackson Heights.
The Gold Business in Jackson Heights slowly was taken over by overnight shadowy characters. They all received marriage invitations to Dawood's brother's daughter's wedding.
Though I tried my best to bring attention to this angle of criminal activities to Indian authorities, no action was or is taken. Sadly the ex-Police Commissioner of Police from New Delhi is also involved in this racket.

I appreciate your comments. I am upset because of the RSS' leadership standing by this fellow. They did not show the same courtesy to Shri. Laxman when Tehelka happened. They got rid of him same day. Many in my family support RSS and some take part in activities. They tell me how pure they are, how service minded they are, etc, etc. Now we find out. In the end, with Shri. Laxman and this latest rascal they are no different from other politicians. The only reason we never heard about RSS family corruption is because they have not been in power for a long time. This seems to be a very pro-RSS forum, so saying this may not be welcome here. If you boys really care about India, it is not just enough to criticize Congress, SIMI, etc. Keep an eye on such enemies of Bharat too, even if they are RSSmen.

From my personal observation of VCD, it is fabricated and a set up. Why you ask? My company edits videos in NYC for rock bands etc. The camera that was used is digital Dv Cam, but a VCD is issued why? Laxman etc? It seems to be a patern set , an investigation needs to initiated.

You can find corrupt people everywhere, but how to punish them can judge what type of organization it is.
Regarding Laxman, he was taking money for BJP party. But his method was not perfect for media.
Cong/Sonia take money differently. She never take it directly but through her lap dogs. Media is not exposing them because they are sleeping with them. Gerorge was caught no punishment was given, P.C. Shukla, Sheila Dixit, Maken are known for hefty bribe.
Ajit Jogi is involved, no punishment, infact Sonia is rewarding him.
You will be shocked to know that Cong-I have provided free plots to number of journalist of all main news papers and TV in Delhi and other big cities. I know couple of them get regular favor from them till today even Cong-I is not in power. Who is paying them such a money? From where? Is Bofor or money from Gulf or Chruch is providing them

That is because the BJP, with all its weaknesses, IS a million times better than Congress.
I think this phenomenal growth which India is experiencing now started as soon at the BJP got into power. Had they a majority in the elections, i am sure they had all the plans to take even tougher decisions. Tougher for the corrupt netas and spoilt government employees/trade unions that is.
Congress has got absolutely nothing to show for itself. They do not have a leader to project as the future leader of the party or the country except Sonia Gandhi. Madhavrao Scindia was one leader, but the bad luck of Indian politics is that the good die young while the bad remain parasites to the country as long as they live.
And since they have nothing to show for themselves, they indulge in trying to propagate BJP's image as a "hindu nationalist" party, anti-Muslim, anti-Minority and what not.
If Congress comes to power, i am sure they will take this country back at least 10 years. If the BJP comes to power the next time as well, i wish Dr. Manmohan Singh joins them so as to strengthen their economic policies.
And i am sure 'The Tabloid of India' will label me a rabid Hindu Nationalist for these views. as for the Communists, God i hope he delivers them a speedier death before they do further harm to this country.
