Haripur nuclear power - how to fake the bews
#1
TOI reports that Haripur nuclear project of W. Bengal is facing land acquisition problems. The complex needs about 5,000 acres of land.

TOI reports that 25,000 farmers depend for livelihood on these 5,000 acres, families come extra. Farmers ALONE give a population density of 6,250 per sq. km, against 904 for the whole of the state. Compare it against 12,000 for Delhi.

Which cities are located on acres? Is the news FAKE? But whatever the case, fate of the complex is sealed, same as Tata Nano project. No go.

Can India hope to industrialise like that?
