Unresolved tragedies - tentatively "secular"

Unresolved tragedies - tentatively "secular"

Yet why the emergence of a pattern? A total of two similar mysterious "accidents" may not constitute a pattern generally, but note the dates for such rarish 'mysteries' are very close together. Both night trains too. If anyone wanted to kill lots of people on a train, chances are they will have more success with night trains: more people will succumb to fire when asleep than when awake.

(Note, the foreign object has not been identified as a cigarette, lighter or any other known, everyday item. The phrase "foreign object" rules out several things. What remains after the process of elimination? Unidentified object? Irregular fire-starting object? What?)

Twenty six people, including two children, were killed and 12 injured when a fire broke out in the AC 3-tier

B-1 coach of the Bangalore-Nanded Express train at Kothacheruvu near Puttaparthi in the early hours of Saturday.

While the Commissioner of Railway Safety will formally probe the incident, a preliminary inquiry by Railways is learnt to have ruled out short-circuit and indicated the presence of a "foreign object" which could have started the fire.

According to Railway officials who inspected the gutted coach, the area near berth 64, where the coach's power panel was located, did not seem to have been burnt. Moreover, the battery fuse was also found intact. In case of a short circuit, these two would have been affected.

(Not to mention the "presence of a "foreign object" which "could have started the fire".)

According to reports, the fire broke out at 3:10 am, when most of the 65 passengers were sleeping. Some managed to escape by breaking the window panes or running to the next coach. The train was stopped and the B-1 coach detached to stop the fire from spreading.

Fire and emergency service vehicles from Puttaparthi were called in to douse the flames. The Kothacheruvu police, Ananthapuram district police, Railway Protection Force and the state railway police rushed to the spot. Local residents also helped in the rescue operation.

By 11:30 am, the rescue team had pulled out 26 bodies. Nine of the bodies have been identified as P Leela, Rajanathan, N Sudha, K Kulakarni, Amir Kumar, Eshwarappa Lingappa, Bhagyaraj, Sarvamngala and S R Krishnamurthy. DNA tests will be performed to identify the remaining bodies.

Among those who are reported missing are Dr Asra, her son Mohammed Rahi and brother-in-law Ibrahim Rahi, software engineer Rahul of Adhoni and engineer Prathap Vinay.

While six of the injured passengers suffered minor burns, the others sustained 15-45 per cent burns.

Quoting survivors, officials said most of the victims seemed to have died due to asphyxiation caused by the smoke. "A passenger on berth 32, whose relatives died, said he saw fire on the floor. A foreign object appears to have caused the fire," said a senior Railway ministry official. Sources said local officials did not rule out a "sabotage angle".

Railway Minister Mallikarjun Kharge, who rushed to the spot, said cigarettes, explosive objects and liquor would be strictly banned on trains. He also announced an ex-gratia payment of Rs 5 lakh to the next of kin of the deceased, Rs 1 lakh for those with serious injuries and Rs 50,000 for the others injured.

Nine people were killed after a fire broke out in three general coaches of Bandra-Dehradun Express, north of Dahanu Road station in Thane district at around 2.30am Wednesday. Senior Railway officers rushed to the spot.

Railway Minister Mallikarjun Kharge announced an ex-gratia of Rs 5 lakh to the next of kin of those killed in the train mishap. The minister also ordered inquiry into the train mishap.

Of the nine, five bodies have been identified. Four dead were men and one woman, who were reported to have died due to asphyxiation, said Shailendra Kumar, divisional railway manager, Western Railway. The other bodies were charred beyond recognition, said the officer. Rescue work is underway, he added.

The train has been taken to Gholvad station for rescue work.

Officers said fire had been brought under control, however smoke inside the coaches made rescue work difficult.

Sharat Chandrayan, chief public relations officer, Western Railway said, "The guard noticed the fire and applied emergency brakes. The three coaches were isolated to prevent the fire from spreading. Rescue work is still underway."

Train 19019 from Bandra Terminus to Dehradun left Mumbai at 00.05 am Wednesday.

(Another night train then. Magically catching on fire.)

The helpline numbers are: 022 23011853 and 23007386

The accident comes within days of the Bangalore train tragedy where twenty six people, including two children, were killed and 12 injured when a fire broke out in the AC 3-tier B-1 coach of the Bangalore-Nanded Express train at Kothacheruvu near Puttaparthi.

(Yes, within days.)

So 2 night trains. Within about 10 days of each other. Both catching fire, and people dead.

I don't know Indian railways too well.

Does this sort of thing happen often?

Previously I've noted there have been occurrences of key people accidentally (or magically?) forgetting to swap the lines at junctions so that a collision between trains occurred resulting in mass-deaths.

But catching fire? Is that ... common? And if so, why only in India? (Never heard of such things happening in any other country I've been. And I still read their news on occasion.)

Not to mention that the fire was from "the presence of a foreign object" a.o.t. power or fuse etc. Sounds like it human instigation.

Train accident kills at least 40 in northern India.

LUCKNOW, India (AP) — An express train plowed into a parked freight train in northern India on Monday, killing at least 40 people and reducing cars to heaps of torn and twisted metal, officials said.

The Gorakhpur Express passenger train was traveling at high speed and slammed on its brakes in an attempt to stop, but hit the train sitting on the tracks near a railway station in Uttar Pradesh state, district magistrate Bharat Lal said.

Six of the cars on the express train derailed, with one car with unreserved seating taking the brunt of the impact and accounting for most of the 40 deaths so far counted, senior police officer Amrendra Sainger said.

"It has been reduced to a mangled iron mesh," he said. "We do not know how many people were there." While the car seats 72, such trains are often filled beyond capacity.

Authorities were searching for the station master, who disappeared after the accident in Sant Kabir Nagar, about 220 kilometers (140 miles) southeast of the state capital, Lucknow. But authorities said it was too early to say what had gone wrong and were investigating everything from mechanical failure to human error.

Villagers were the first to reach the scene after the accident about 10 kilometers (6 miles) from the nearest road. Indian TV broadcast images of them assisting the injured amid piles of strewn luggage.

..View gallery Indian officials and rescuers gather around the wreckage after the Gorakhpur Express passenger train …

"I was working in the field when I heard the whistle of the engine, and suddenly I heard the sound of a crash. It was a terrible sound . it still reverberates in my ears," villager Ram Chander Chaudhry told news channel Samachar Plus. "Within minutes I reached there and saw the train had been derailed."

Most of the victims were poor farm workers returning to their homes from the neighboring state of Haryana, local police official Zameer Ahmad said. The train departed from Haryana's Hissar town and was just 46 kilometers (29 miles) from its destination of Gorakhpur when the accident happened.

Because of the remote location, "it was difficult to start rescue operations immediately," Ahmad said. "By the time police and rail officials reached the spot, villagers and other passengers had moved the injured away."

Rescuers worked to free people trapped under toppled cars and debris. The express train's driver died later Monday from serious injuries, while the assistant driver was in critical condition, railway official Alok Kumar said.

Trains were diverted to other tracks to avoid the wreckage.

Narendra Modi, who was sworn in later Monday as India's new prime minister, expressed condolences to the families of the dead in a message on Twitter. "Prayers with the injured," he said.

(Pray for their recovery later. Order major investigations into this and the other recent train accidents - see below - now.)

Accidents are common on India's railroad network, one of the world's largest with 20 million people riding daily on about 11,000 passenger trains. Most accidents are blamed on poor maintenance and human error.

Earlier this month, a train crashed into a jeep at an unmanned railroad crossing in Uttar Pradesh, killing 13 members of a wedding party. Four days earlier, a passenger train derailed, killing at least 19 people just south of Mumbai. Another train derailment last month left dozens injured in the northeast state of Assam.

I've never heard of so many train accidents. Let alone in one country within one year.

I suspect many (most?) of them to be The Christoislamically-Orchestrated Drop-Rate in the native population numbers.

There's repeatedly news floating around that Japan aims to help India build high-speed trains. India needs to sort out its terrorist problems first, IMO. Else it's just going to be bigger catastrophes when faster trains collide (or else conflagarate) as per monotheistic pre-meditation. Then again, probably only rich angelsk-speaking types (aka the seculars) will initially be able to afford to go on trains a grande vitesse, so not anything to cry about there.

Apparently a common occurrence.

Pilgrims are being robbed of their vision in Ayodhya - one of the most sacred places in Uttar Pradesh.

(Note how it is only Hindoos - i.e. pilgrims to Ayodhya - who are being robbed of their eyes.

No Hindu would do such a thing. Christoislamaniacs would. So too other assorted communists and pseculars, but christoislamaniacs are the first suspects.)

In a shocking attack, unidentified criminals plucked out both of a pilgrim's eyes in Ayodhya on December 28,

The brutal incident occurred after the pilgrim was offered a drink laced with intoxicants.

Krishnadeo Verma was given an intoxicating drink before his eyes were gouged out

[Photo caption:] Krishnadeo Verma was given an intoxicating drink before his eyes were gouged out

Taking serious note of it, Superintendent of Police R.S. Gautam has handed over the inquiry to Crime Branch incharge R.N. Singh. He has suspended Raiganj police outpost sub-inspector Sunil Singh and constable Indra Bhushan Patel for dereliction of duty.

(He should have them investigated for being the hush-up part of the - very probably christoislamic - racket.)

Gautam said: "The police have registered cases against two unidentified people and sent a team to Jharkhand's Giridih to record the statement of the victim."

(That, or they have been indeed been identified but their 'minority' names are being withheld. Not unlikely: if the organ-thieves had Hindu names, everyone would have heard about it first thing and this news would have been all over the Indian ELM.)

Victim Krishnadeo Verma (30) comes from the Jhajha area of Giridih district. He arrived in Ayodhya on December 24.

Verma was found near the Ayodhya railway station the morning after the barbaric attack, and strangers had him admitted to hospital.

When Verma contacted his relatives on December 31, they took him back to Giridih.

The case came to light when his family members informed Koderma MP Ravindra Rai about the incident. Rai, in turn, informed Faizabad MP Lallu Singh, and requested him to take the case forward.

Singh, who claimed that an eye racket is going on in the district, then wrote to the police asking for an immediate probe.

The victim told Rai that when he was waiting for a train at the Ayodhya railway station, two people took him outside and offered him a drink in their car. Soon, he fell unconscious. When he returned to his senses, he found himself in a hospital.

Later, when his family reached Ayodhya and contacted the police, they were reprimanded and told to get lost.

(UP's islam-infested govt and police force are obviously in on the organ-trafficking racket.

The more I read news about events in India, the more I start realising how the electric chair could be a great invention, if only it could be used on the deserving.

If the above news ever appears in the christomedia in India, the cryptochristos of the ELM will be quick to announce conclusions in the form of: "Hindoo fundamentalists pilgrimaging to Ayodhya" and how there was "spontaneous loss of eyeballs" and how the event is understandable as but christoislamic "retaliation" for Ayodhya/Godhra/whatever excuse and the "fundamentalists had it coming". Etc.)

Christoislam should be kicked out to Pakiland, then these "secular" tragedies - of spontaneously igniting firecrackers stored in a temple's storeroom - will not be happening, I guarantee it.

Quote:Firework-triggered fire kills 79 at temple in India's state of Kerala: Chief Minister

More than 50 people died on Sunday (April 10) in a fire that swept through a temple in southern India during a fireworks festival.PHOTO: TWITTER

Sunday (April 10) in a fire that swept through a temple in southern India during a fireworks festival, Kerala's top official has said.

“I got the information that 79 persons are declared dead,” Chief Minister Oommen Chandy told the NDTV news network, after officials earlier put the number killed at more than 50.

There were a range of different figures given earlier for the death toll in the blaze, ranging from more than 50 to more than 80.

“More than 50 people have died, that is the information that we we have,” Kerala Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala earlier told the NDTV network, while local media said the death toll was at least 60.

More than 250 others were injured in the fire that engulfed the temple complex where hundreds had come together during the night for a festival celebrated in Kerala state marking the Hindu new year.

The fire is said to have occurred at about 3.30am on Sunday after an explosion at a storeroom on the temple’s premises that was housing large amounts of firecrackers for the festivities, according to the Press Trust of India.

(In other words, yet another pre-meditated christoislamic terrorist attack on Kerala's temple-going Hindoos.)

The festival is concluded with the setting off of fireworks at around 1am local time, The Times of India reported. Large crowds had come together at the temple at 3am to watch the fireworks display.

Mr Chennithala has ordered an investigation into the tragedy, reported the BBC. "The temple holds an annual firework display every year. We're doing our best to rescue those still trapped," the BBC quoted Mr Chennithala as saying.

The minister said firefighters and police worked during the night at the temple in Kollam district to douse the fire and take the injured to hospital.

“Now the situation is under control... the police are on the spot,” he said.

Television footage showed a series of large explosions and fireworks erupting as plumes of smoke filled the night air after about 3am local time. The injured were also seen arriving at nearby hospitals in cars and in ambulances in chaotic scenes.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed shock at the disaster, and said he was dispatching his health minister and he too would also fly to Kerala soon to “take stock of the situation”.

“Fire at temple in Kollam is heart-rending & shocking beyond words. My thoughts are with families of the deceased & prayers with the injured,” Mr Modi tweeted. “Arranging for immediate shifting of those critically injured via helicopter.”

Mr Chandy said the temple officials had gone ahead with the fireworks display despite being denied permission because of safety concerns.

“That is correct. District collector of Kollam denied sanction for this fireworks (display),” he said when asked after whether permission had been given.

(Christian terrorist Oomen Chandy and his government and the police in his pocket are trying to blame Hindus for unsafe practices - to stave of suspicion from premeditated christoislamic acts of terrorism against Hindus aka genocide. But see PTI below.)

The Kerala government ordered an inquiry into the cause of the fire, as a senior police officer said it is suspected to have started when sparks flew onto the fireworks lined up ready for the show.

“During the time of the fireworks, it is believe that a spark flew onto the panel where the pyrotechnics were being kept and then it all exploded,” assistant commissioner of police for Kollam district K. Laljy told AFP.

The Press Trust Of India said, however, that the fire erupted after firecrackers kept in a storeroom on the temple’s complex ignited.

Fires and stampedes are common at temples and during religious occasions, often because of poor security arrangements and lax safety standards.

Anti-Hindu western media elsewhere are dragging in how the Congress-ruled state of Kerala is going to go to polls, insinuating left and right that it may be a voting stunt done by some "anti-Congress" party.

In reality, it is indeed very likely not an accident, but rather perpetrated by the same christoislamic scheming that each year causes the deaths of Hindus at Sabarimalai (by creating stampedes etc) or otherwise tries to prevent Sabarimalai pilgrims from their yatra.
