I think Natwar is covering for Sonia. That's why they are doing everything to keep this gaddi for natwar until the time passes by and people foget the scandal. They made him Minister without portfolio. MMS will keep this portfolio. So we will stay without a External afairs minsiter until a report is cooked up to absolve him all the fault.
