"But then they (Pathak Inquiry Authority) are saying that Natwar and I have not received any money which proves that Volcker's report is wrong," he added.

He also said that there was an international angle to the whole episode. "These days international politics is a big issue. View the entire episode from that angle," he said hinting at the role of America behind the issue.
