I agree we Hindus could give more money, but the number of Hindus in the U.S is not very large.
Individual Hindus need to raise a fuss each time their kid is taught this lesson. Working at the school district level might be more productive.
We did win a lot, wasn't this the first time ever that the image of Hindus was challenged, and didn't many changes get implemented. 6 years from now, in the next review, a few more changes will be done. Muslims have been doing this for years, I am sure they weren't portrayed well in the 1970's or 80's when they must have first gotten started.

Yes we need money but we already fought the court case and couldn't manage to get those changes in, so what are we to do now, more than money fear is what makes people not do certain things, like I said, if it was Muslims they would have got changes without expending a penny, you know why, because the authorities incharge would think twice about saying anything against Islam after the Danish cartoons, we didn't manage the changes not because of lack of money but because of lack of political influence and because of our passive image.
