What is the meaning of your post
UP ? <!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->
A legacy from BRF, "Up" is a simple way of marking a thread to be "recently updated" and thus bringing it up to the top of the stack lest it fade away into oblivion.
This link would show all the "touched" threads... http://india-forum.com/forums/index.php?&act=portal
cheers,
Sunder.
PS: IF should use a different word to 'touch' files.. perhaps, "ooper" (hindi) <!--emo&
--><img src='style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /><!--endemo-->
