Yo!
can anyone help? Many years ago I heard a BBC radio recital of Indian singing without words - no lyrics, just the pure human voice - truly astounding. I didn't note details because I fully expected more of the same. Alas, no.
All I recall is that the singer came from Mumbai. The vocal range & effects were electrifying. Does anyone have any idea what or who I was listening to?
