The lease deed papers available with The Pioneer of this three-storey house situated on Patna Bypass road gifted by RJD leader and UPA Minister Kanti Singh to the two minor sons of Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav, Tej Pratap and Tejeshwi Yadav, show these were made on the 6th day of January 2005.Â
"The pucca brick-built three-storey building and land with all kinds of fittings and fixtures, water connection, electric connection and all facilities with right, title and interest of the gifted property measuring an area of three kathas, equivalent to 4083 square feet", is the description of the house mentioned in the deed papers.
Situated at Mauza Muzaffarpur, Chitkohra, PS Gardanibagh, district Patna under Revenue Thana No. 17, Tauzi No. 18215, Khata No. 113 part of Cadestral Survey Plot No. 1028 with the boundary and dimensions: North: By Pass Road, South: Mrs Rajkumari Devi; East: Mrs Binda Devi and West: Mrs Rajkumari Devi.
The palatial house was registered by RJD leader Kanti Singh on April 24, 1984 at Registrar of Assurance, Calcutta. The State Heavy Industry Minister had purchased the plot from one Mrs Raj Kumari Devi.
The donor, Mrs Kanti Singh, as per the deed papers, has obtained the valuer's report of the gifted property from the authorised Government valuer. The land value comes at Rs 5,64,000 whereas the cost of building is Rs 29,34,000.
<b>The total value of the palatial house, said the deed papers, comes to around Rs 35,00,000.</b>
The deed papers of the gifted house bear pan card no. of donee's mother Mrs Rabri Devi : AEG P D 6779 P and the two witnesses of the deed were Keshav Prasad Singh, S/O late Sheo Lochan Singh, Punaichak, Patna. Singh is the husband of RJD leader Ms Kanti Singh.
The other witness is Bhola Yadav, A-3/4, Baliey Road, Rajbanshi Nagar, Ps Shatrinagar, Patna. Bhola Yadav is the Man Friday of Lalu Prasad looking after almost all the affairs at his Patna residence, 10 Circular Road.
<b>"The deed is being drafted, read and compared by Anwar Alam, senior Deed Writer, Sadar Registry, Office, Patna [L. No. 03 /02]", say the papers.</b>
Names of both Bhola Yadav and Anwar Alam have been there in almost all the 20 land/plot properties either gifted or taken allegedly in lieu of jobs in Railways by the relatives of Lalu Prasad.
<b>Kanti Singh's son Rishi Kumar too has gifted a plot of land in Mauza Saguna, PS Danapur to Rabri Devi</b>.
JD-U State president Rajiv Ranjan Singh Lallan had released a voluminous set of deed papers to the media which he had alleged were either gifted or taken in the name of the relatives of Lalu Prasad Yadav for jobs in Railway.
The registry deed papers of as many as 20 plots/ houses were released by the JD-U leader who along with party national spokesman Shivanand Tiwari had demanded a high level inquiry and dismissal of Lalu Prasad from the UPA Ministry.
<b>"We've given 15-day time to the UPA Government and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to take action failing which we'll chalk out our next course of action", Rajiv Ranjan Singh "Lallan"</b> told The Pioneer.Â
