<b>The entire operation was so secretive that even the Air Traffic Control was taken aback when they received a message to help the chartered aircraft land at the Bengaluru International Airport.</b>
After landing at the airport, officials of the RAW and the Intelligence Bureau called top Central Industrial Security Force officials and directed them to escort the passengers in the aircraft.

When plane leave any airport even chartered, they have to fill iternary, provide passenger list, when it is international, they have to get custom clearance.
When they are in international space they interact with lot of air tower. When they enter Indian space they need permission. So it was not a secretive.
We have to wait for another one week to get some real story.
