Sinhala Buddhists had been drilled by their monkhood to believe that -145 if a person kills a person who is not a Buddhist, he has not killed a human being and therefore should fell no remorse-146 . Tamils, who did not follow the -145 Buddhasasana-146 (Buddhist precepts), were -145 micchaditthi-146 (wrong believers) and -145 dussila-146 (evil doers) and -145 pasuma-146 (like beasts).
