If you cross a babu, you will be toast. And with negotiations you end up paying less anyway.
My little experience. I made a wrong left turn. A traffic walla stopped me. I was with a friend who was furious at the traffic walla and said something like "Are we the only ones you can find, you got 20Rs from me day-before-yesterday, is it even fair" etc. For some reason the cop couldnt remember but this friend somehow convinced him that it was indeed us that he had taken the 20 rs from a couple of days ago..
