<b>Mudy Ji :</b>

Typical Indian Secular Poilce. Trying to blame the Hindus for the Bombing.

It is a fact that no Non-Muslim can enter a Mosque.

Having said that the stupid Indian Flat Footed Plods - although they think they are Clever Clods, but, they are not - have only to look to Pakistan and Iraq for the answer where any number of Mosques have been blown up by rival factions.

<b>Four interrogated for Jama Masjid blasts </b><!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin-->Among those picked was a man from Bihar who could not explain as to what he was doing around the place. His antecedents where being checked from Bihar.

The other three were the local residents and had been picked up after their activities were found suspicious, the sources said.

<b>The agencies were exploring the possibility of finding some links with Abdul Karim Tunda's gang </b>as the chemical composition — Potassium Chlorate and Sulphur mixed with acid — was used by him during the 1997 blasts in the national capital.

I don't trust media on first two days news, but seems like inside or warning.

<b>Jama Masjid Shahi Imam demands CBI probe</b><!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin-->The Shahi Imam of Delhi's Jama Masjid has demanded a CBI probe into the twin blasts in the historic mosque and at the Sankatmochan temple in Varanasi.
"Only a CBI probe into the blasts at Jama Masjid and Sankatmochan temple would bring to book those responsible for the heinous acts," Imam Syed Ahmed Bukhari said
<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->

Why he is tagging Jama Masjid and Varansi blast?
In Varanasi, police had caught Imam of Allahabad.
Looks like this blast was a ploy.

<!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin--><b>Jama Masjid blasts: Police`s theory rejected; focus on Tunda Gang </b>
link
New Delhi, Apr 16: Explosive experts are not buying the view of Delhi Police`s Special Cell, probing the blasts at Jama Masjid, that a battery could have been used to charge the chemicals to trigger an explosion at the shrine as investigations focussed on questioning of members of a gang whose chief was linked to Jaish-e-Mohammed group.

After the Friday evening, Delhi Police and officials of central security agencies had picked up all materials from the blast site which proved it was nothing but a mixture of potassium chloride, sulphuric acid and some splinters concealed in a tin, official sources said.

The Delhi Police had yesterday come out with the view that the blast could have been triggered using the battery after it produced a nine volt cell, which had not been shown to the explosive experts on Friday.

However, after analyzing all the materials, the experts were of the opinion that it was a low-intensity chemical explosion only and that the battery, if found actually from the blast site, could only have been kept to divert focus of the Delhi Police as no timer or wire had been recovered from there.

Sleuths of central agencies had begun quizzing the erstwhile gang members of Abdul Karim Tunda, a gangster from Uttar Pradesh who had links with militant outfits Harkat ul Mujahideen and JeM. He was understood to have been killed in Bangladesh a few years back.

The reason for questioning members of Tunda`s Gang is that it was this gang which had carried out such types of attacks in 1997 and 1998 using the same composition of chemicals.

Some of the members of Tunda gang, who had either been acquitted by the courts or were out on bail, were being questioned by the sleuths.

Tunda`s gang was one of the first such groups, which was instrumental in carrying out operations on behalf of Pakistan- based terrorist outfits outside Jammu and Kashmir.

The gang had first worked for Harkat-ul-Ansar and Harkat-ul-Jehadi Islami and later operated for Lashker-e-Taiba.

Crack teams had been sent to Uttar Pradesh to carry out investigations into some other members of the Tunda gang, the sources said.

They said the motive behind the attack could be to create a communal disharmony that could have lead to riots in the national capital.

As expected, here come Bukhari and sweet dreams

<b>Imam Bukhari threatens to float political front</b>
1) Shahi Imam of Delhi's Jama Masjid Syed Ahmed Shah Bukhari today met Prime Minister Manmohan Singh with demands for an economic package for riot-hit Muslims on the line of one given to victims of 1984 anti-Sikh riots and reservation of jobs for Muslims in central and state governments.
2) release of Muslims detained under Prevention of Terrorism Act in Gujarat and Maharashtra
3)immediate halt to alleged atrocities on Muslims in Assam on the plea of checking foreign nationals,
4) restoration of the minority status for Aligarh Muslim University
5) unconditional talks with ‘popular and responsible’ leaders of Kashmir and evacuation of illegal occupants from waqf properties

First start riots and then ask money. Bukhari knows spineless can give them everything platter.
Now Muslims are promoting pan-islamic agenda. Only objective is to increase numbers and change demography of India.

<!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin--><b>Journalists up in arms as Imam's brother assaults scribe </b>
Pioneer.com
Praveen Kumer | New Delhi
In a bizarre incident, <b>supporters of Shahi Imam Syed Ahmed Bukhari on Tuesday manhandled a journalist and abused him after he insisted that the Imam answered a question on Muslim reservations. </b>What's worse, the incident took place at the official residence of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh at 7 Race Course Road, where the Imam had gone to submit a set of recommendations to the Prime Minister.

<b>A complaint was filed by journalists against the Shahi Imam and his brother at the Chanakyapuri police station but till late in evening no FIR had been lodged.</b>

After his meeting with Mr Singh, the Shahi Imam was responding to waiting journalists in the premises of 7 RCR. The journalist was allegedly made a target by Bukhari's supporters after he insisted that the Shahi Imam answer a question relating to reservation of backward classes in Muslims.

The journalist was asking him about the recommendations made by the Mandal Commission for 8.33 per cent quota for minority class among Muslims and whether he had any talks over the issue during his meeting with the Prime Minister." Instead of replying, the Imam reportedly used unparliamentary language and walked away. Later, his brother Yahayah Khan engaged in a scuffle with the journalist and one of his supporters hit the scribe.

<b>Throughout the incident, the SPG personnel posted at the Prime Minister's residence did not stop Bukhari's supporters from assaulting the journalist.</b>

PMO sources defended the role of the SPG saying their job was only to protect the Prime Minister and the law and order was dealt by Delhi <b>Police. Press Club of India secretary general Chitrita Sanyal condemning the act said, "The security men posted here were mute spectators and did not make any efforts in stopping the assaulting supporters of Bukhari. Journalists are frequently attacked. We urge that this should be looked into seriously and necessary steps taken to ensure safety of journalists."</b>

Later, Home Minister Shivraj Patil who was emerging out of a Cabinet meeting told journalists that he would look into the matter and do the needful.

<b>BJP condemned the assault on the journalist saying it smacked of "fascism" and was the outcome of encouragement given to such elements by "secular" political parties. "The action of the Imam's supporters clearly show that they do not believe in a secular, democratic country but in a fundamentalist Islamic country. The behaviour is the outcome of encouragement given to such elements by the so-called secular political parties," vice-president Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said. Among others who condemned the assault were former BJP leader Uma Bharati.</b><!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->

Why were the sniffer dogs not allowed to enter the Jama Masjid?
#48
Wouldnt that be unIslamic?

<!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin-->Wouldnt that be unIslamic? <!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->
hehe yes because Muhammad was supposed to have detested dogs and wanted all black dogs killed (lol), here is some info I found:

Isnt it ironic that the acts of the faithful require unIslamic means to guard the holy places?
Nah!

Ramana,

Couple months ago (think it was during Bush's visit to India) some Hindus I believe wanted to wash off Rajghat or Gandhi Samadhi (forget which) since sniffer dogs were used for security purposes there. Our secular media went into fits over this. Notice the muted response on this Jama Masjid issue.
