<b>National Bank of Pakistan to open branch in India</b>
Only fools will allow them to open branch in India.

<b>Mudy Ji :</b>

Further to my Message Posted Dec 5 2007, 02:16 AM it must be remembered that the Invaders from the North West carried out the Heinous Act of Sodomizing and Raping the men and women who could not find refuge during the Invasions.

Had such an act been committed in an Islamic Society then the Victims would have been Stoned to Death, if not worse, for having Partaken-Joined in Acts of such Sexual Acts.

However, the Hindus - Hinduism not being a Religion of Peace - declared such victims as “Maleechha” thus Ostracizing them and in fact Throwing them out of Hindu Society.

The Raped and Sodomized “Maleechha” now had no avenues open to them for “Earning a Living”.

These “Maleechha” then realized that they had a “Commodity” available with them - which though damaged - could be Bartered-Hired-Sold to the Men in the Camp.

Thus the Language of Urdu evolved so that these “Maleechha” Men and Women could Barter-Hawk-Trade their commodity to the Men in the Camp.

As such Urdu became the main Language of the Brothels, Kothas, Whorehouses.

The Pakistan and Indian Urdu Speaking Muslims as well as a Large number of North Indian Hindus always try to assert that Urdu and Hindi are the same Language - one written in the Persian Script and the other in the Devnagri Script.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

Urdu contains words from Arabic, Persian, Sanskrit and Turkic.

Hindi, AFAIK, is totally based on Sanskrit.

It may be that Hindustani and Urdu have similarities as I think that Hindustani is a mixture of Hindi and Urdu.

Whilst our “Babus” and Secular Netas along with the WKK Brigade are performing Huggy-Huggy Kissi-Kissi and Japhian-Puppian with the Urdu Speaking Pakistanis and North Indians the Pakistani authorities have gone further and Claim that Hindi has a Persian and Arabic Content but less than Urdu :

<b>Language of Pakistan</b>

Urdu is the only official language of Pakistan. Although English is generally used instead of Urdu in this regard. English is the lingua franca of the Pakistani elite and most of the government ministries.

<b>Urdu is closely related to Hindi but is written in an extended Arabic alphabet rather than in Devanagari. <span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'>Urdu also has more loans from Arabic and Persian than Hindi has.</span></b>

Many other languages are spoken in Pakistan, including Punjabi, Siraiki, Sindhi, Pashtu, Balochi, Hindko, Brahui, Burushaski, Balti, Khawar, Gujrati and other languages with smaller numbers of speakers.

Arabic and Persian are still taught as classical languages albeit to a small number of students. Although this number is dwindling.

<b> See Demographics of Pakistan for a numerical breakdown of language groups.</b>

<b>Mudy Ji :</b> An effort is being made to have the Hindus of India accept Urdu as “an Indian Language of both the Muslims as well s the Hindus” whereas in fact it is an Indian Muslim and Pakistani Language - in the Land of the Pure Urdu is the Language of only Eight Per Cent of the People.

You have been Warned!

<b>Musharraf Lifts State of Emergency in Pakistan </b>

<b>British terrorist suspect escapes in Pakistan</b><!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin-->ISLAMABAD (AFP) - A British man suspected of plotting to blow up US-bound trans-Atlantic airliners has escaped from police custody in Pakistan, officials said early Sunday.

"Rashid Rauf escaped from police custody and we are making every possible effort to re-arrest him," interior ministry spokesman Brigadier Javed Cheema told AFP.

Rauf was arrested in central Pakistan in August 2006 and had been behind bars since then.

The twenty-five-year-old was brought before a judge at a court in Islamabad for an extradition hearing when he escaped Saturday afternoon.

The police chief of Islamabad, Shahid Nadeem Baluch, told AFP early Sunday: "The hunt is on to track him down. We have conducted some raids but so far there hasn't been any breakthrough."

The British government had requested Pakistan extradite Rauf to London where he is wanted by police in connection with the murder of his uncle in 2002.

<!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin-->  <b>Pak frees 100 terror suspects to cover up secret detention: NYT </b>
Pioneer.com
S Rajagopalan | Washington
Pakistan's military and intelligence agencies have quietly set free about 100 terror suspects who had been held in secret detention for long periods without framing of charges, The New York Times has reported citing human rights groups and lawyers in Islamabad.

While no official reason has been given for the releases, lawyers attribute them to a bid to avoid acknowledging the existence of an elaborate secret detention system, detention of persons on flimsy evidence and the mounting pressure to bring up the cases in courts.

<b>Those freed with a warning not to open their mouths on the secret detention are said to be among nearly 500 people "presumed to have disappeared into the hands of the Pakistani intelligence agencies cooperating with Washington's fight against terrorism since 2001".

"They are releasing them because these cases are being made public," the paper quotes Supreme Court lawyer Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui as saying. </b>

They want to avoid publicity," said Siddiqui, who has taken up many cases of the missing persons.

The Pakistani Government, however, has denied detaining people illegally and maintained that many of the missing persons were actually in regular jails on criminal charges.

According to the report, at least two of the detainees were handed over to the US without any legal extradition proceedings. However, American officials in Islamabad and Washington have refused to comment on the cases.

The missing persons issue had become a major bone of contention between President Pervez Musharraf and the former Chief Justice of Pakistan, Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry, who along with some other judges were sacked by Musharraf when he clamped emergency in early November.

The surreptitious releases of detainees is said to be particularly galling to lawyers in Pakistan since one justification cited by Musharraf for imposing emergency rule was that the courts were freeing terror suspects.

Lawyer Siddiqui, however, asserted that Justice Chaudhry's only interest was in bringing the cases of the suspects before the courts since their anguished family members just did not know their whereabouts. Only four or five of the detainees are said to have been brought before the Supreme Court.

<b>Human rights groups in Pakistan have also been alleging that the Government has swept up at least 4,000 other Pakistanis, most of whom are Baluchi and Sindhi nationalists seeking ethnic or regional autonomy and have nothing to do with terrorism.</b>

Islamabad, Dec 21: Several people were feared dead after a blast during Muslim Eid festival prayers at a mosque on Friday in northwest Pakistan, police and officials said.

"The explosion took place when the worshippers were offering prayers," Bacha Gul Wazir, home secretary of the North West Frontier Province, said.

The blast, in Charsadda district, comes after a surge in violence this year, with more than 400 people killed in suicide bomb attacks across Pakistan in recent months, most in the North West Frontier Province.

<b>Attacker targets Pakistan ex-minister </b><!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin-->PESHAWAR, Pakistan - A suicide attacker detonated a bomb early Friday at a residential compound of Pakistan's former interior minister as he received visitors on an Islamic holiday, <b>killing at least eight people and wounding dozens,</b> police said.

The politician, Aftab Khan Sherpao, was not hurt in what appeared to be the second suicide attack targeting him in eight months.

The blast went off near the mosque in the politician's residential compound in Sherpao, a village about 25 miles northeast of the city of Peshawar, police officer Khalid Khan said.

Sherpao and his son, who is also a politician, were both "safe," Khan said.

In April, Sherpao was slightly wounded when a suicide bomber attacked a rally for his political party in the nearby town of Charsadda, killing at least 28 people.

Sherpao was interior minister — Pakistan's top civilian security official — in the administration recently dissolved ahead of January parliamentary elections. <b>He is head of the Pakistan Peoples Party-Sherpao,</b> and is running as a candidate for parliament in general elections next month.
