Six arrested for killing cows in Delhi
Quote:New Delhi, March 30 : Six people were arrested Tuesday on charges of killing cows after the chopped heads of four bovines were found near a busy road in south Delhi, police said.

The men were led away to a police station after the carcasses were found close to a makeshift market in R.K. Puram area, leading to noisy protests by residents and Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) A police officer confirmed to IANS that the men had been arrested but gave no further details.

Traffic on the arterial Outer Ring Road came to a virtual standstill after the discovery of the carcasses. A large number of policemen were deployed to prevent violence.

A Delhi Jal Board employee at the site told IANS: "The cows had been killed overnight. The entire market is shut now. A group of demonstrators came and destroyed shacks in the market today (Tuesday)."

Cow slaughter is banned in the national capital.

This is happening in prime area of Delhi.

They must be Muslims or Christian, so don't disclose name, but had they Hindus and selling pork infront of Jama Masid, you will see every joker of Parliament in front of TV and rioting Muslim with Islam khatarey me hai.

Here is the video of the burning goshala set on fire by Muslims that started the latest clashes in Hyderabad:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k_6yuzNzOyU

Quote:Mohammedans riot in Hyderabad, Police arrest Hindus!

Because, Muslims, by definition are innocent under Koranic injunctions and India is a Dhimmi state bound by those injunctions.

Even The Chindu's account of the rioting failed to negate the Mohammedan pogrom this time.

http://www.hindu.com/2010/04/10/stories/...680100.htm

"The accused -- Javed, Wasif and Atif -- joined a mob and were moving near Volga hotel on the Shahalibanda road on March 29. They came across a bank's van in which the victim, his colleague, a security guard and driver were travelling.

.............................

.............................

The victim was then stabbed indiscriminately. Police found that the same accused and their associates attacked a gardener, returning home on his bike, with knives. He succumbed to injuries in Osmania General Hospital later. The same gang also chased three constables of A.P.S.P., who were in plainclothes, and stabbed one of them while the other two managed to escape.

.............................

.............................

The victim, a resident of Aramghar in Rajendranagar, was going home on his bike along with his brother-in-law, Ravinder Pawar, when they came face to face with a mob.

Both fell off the two-wheeler. The mob later smashed the victim's head with boulders even before he could rise, while his relative managed to escape. The detained persons were identified as Sattar, Feroz, Mazar and Kamra."

So, per the account in The Chindu, at least 4 Hindus were brutally slaughtered by the Jihadis. I'm actually amazed that

The Chindu actually mentioned some of the Jihadi rioters by name. That is a big deal by Stalinist India's politically correct

"journalistic" standards!

Unfortunately, to be able to name the Jihadis, the Chindu might be minimizing the body count of the slaughtered Hindus by a fudge factor of 5. There were probably over 20 Hindus killed. I watched a gruesome YouTube video of a Hindu temple and it's cattle shelter burnt down by Jihadis, with several cows roasted alive in the fire.

So, what does the police do?

Bring the Mohammedan rioters

to justice, right?

Wrong!!! Samuel Reddy's legacy lives on. Therefore, the Andhra Pradesh police arrest local Hindu leaders - those offering token resistance to the Mohammedan pogrom for some imagined "right wing Hindutva conspiracy"!!

http://news.rediff.com/report/2010/apr/0...erabad.htm

"Meanwhile, the police have picked up Telugu Desam Party corporator and a member of Hindu Vahini Raja Singh, who was wanted in connection with the outbreak of communal violence in the Old City, sources said.

Though Singh had offered to surrender a few days ago, the police did not accept it, as it wanted to question him about the conspiracy and the people behind the riots.

The police are looking for another Bharatiya Janata Party corporator M Vaikuntam as he was also suspect in the violence."

Now, we all know how evil those

"right wing communalists" are, always active with their "conspiracies to disturb communal harmony".

I have a lingering doubt, however. If it was the Hindu "communalists" who started/incited the rioting, then they would have had the offensive advantage and the element of surprise in their attacks. Then, how does that explain the ZERO Muslim

casualties in several incidents?

How does the "Hindu aggression" explain so many Hindu casualties?

Perhaps, an inquiry commission headed by "Justice" UC (Unexplained Combustion) Banerjee will conclude that "communal" Hindus are brutally slaughtering other Hindus in order to defame the "Religion of Peace".

On Sunday, a Jatav youth had a verbal duel with a shop owner of other community when the former came to purchase something from the shop. The shopkeeper reportedly bashed up the youth on the issue. Within half an hour the youth returned with a dozen of youths of his community to take revenge and they bashed up the shopkeeper.

Quote:Shahpur riot spreads, wall city markets closed amidst tension

Ahmedabad, DeshGujarat, 26 May, 2010

After brutal murder of Vijay Datania by group of Muslims in Shahpur area, communal riot today spread to nearby areas of wall city in Ahmedabad.

Police lobbed tear gas shells in Rentiavadi area to disburse angry Hindu crowd returning from Vijay Datania’s funeral. Hindu crowd attacked a Muslim near Delhi Chakla. Hindu Crowd also protested against police for their inaction and soft stand against rioting Muslims. Meanwhile, two Hindu peons of City Civil Court in Mirzapur were stabbed while returning from court by Muslims. Muslims set two bikes belonging to Hindu shop keepers on fire in Delhi chakla area. Soon after this, the shopkeepers shut down the markets in Shahpur, Delhi chakla, Dariapur, Mirzapur, Relief road and Lal Darwaja areas.

There was almost ‘one way traffic’ in the evening when every Hindu wanted to come out from the wall city. And then in an hour or so, all roads in wall city were silent. Even Ashram road was almost without traffic in late evening.

If allegations in a petition filed before the Punjab and Haryana High Court are to be believed, the houses of some Balmikis were set afire by the members of the same community and Union Minister for Tourism Kumari Selja manipulated the incident subsequently.

With this, her alleged role in the Mirchpur controversy has come under the high court’s scrutiny. Justice MMS Bedi has put her on notice along with the state of Haryana after hearing preliminary arguments on the petition filed by two accused - Dalbir Singh and Ajit Singh. The case will now come up for further hearing on November 16. http://www.tribuneindia.com/2010/20100717/haryana.htm

After decades of communal harmony, as the violence in Deganga shows, West Bengal could be imploding due to competitive vote-bank politics
Quote:We had not intended to visit Kartickpur, a small qasba beyond Deganga town. But the crowd insisted we see the vandalism unleashed there by goons at the instigation of local Trinamool MP, Haji Nurul Islam. The idol at a roadside Kali temple lay mutilated on the floor. People’s anger exploded as we expressed our outrage at this unpardonable crime: In secular India, nobody has a right to desecrate a place of worship, Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, Christian or any other for that matter. We were virtually dragged into the interior by a frenzied crowd that wanted us to see the wanton burning of houses and hutments by mobs who came from outside to “teach a lesson” to members of a community.

Why did they do this? Apparently because an attempt to grab land traditionally used for a community Durga Puja was resisted. In a region where demographic and denominational change has been severe in the last two decades, Hindus are now in a hopeless minority accounting for just about 30 per cent of the population. Bangladeshi infiltrators, armed with ration cards, voter IDs and other evidence of citizenship, rule the roast while local Muslims have also become radicalised in recent years. The religious demography has affected politics too. A long time Left stronghold, the CPI candidate Ajay Chakrabarti was rounded defeated by an avowed fundamentalist, Haji Nurul Islam of the Trinamool Congress, in the 2009 Lok Sabha poll. And Deganga has been a victim of communal polarisation ever since.

The journalist in me looked for the “root cause”. It was extremely frivolous. A community Durga Puja has been held on a patch of land close to the thana for the last 39 years. This plot happens to be next to a graveyard. The Durga Puja pandal is erected annually in front of a pucca Shiv Mandir. Apparently the land originally belonged to the legendary Rani Rashmoni, patron of Ramakrishna Paramahans, mentor of Swami Vivekanand. Haji Nurul Islam had promised his core constituents that (a) he would expand the graveyard and (<img src='http://www.india-forum.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/cool.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='B)' /> a mike would be installed atop a mosque in Deganga Bazar in defiance of an express Calcutta High Court order. When he faced resistance at the puja site, he unleashed wanton destruction and taking advantage of a demoralised police, a cowering CPI(M), and terrified Hindus, executed his mike installation agenda.

As we left Deganga on our way back to the Kolkata Airport, I wondered if my beloved Bengal was on the verge of being torn asunder by communal frenzy in the years to come. The State, which has been remarkably free of caste and communal passion, despite the bitter legacy of partition, seems headed for an implosion. West Bengal is at the crossroads: And every choice seems fraught with dangerous and bloody consequences. The future indeed augurs ill.

In the 2001 census, out of 140 mil muslims, 7 mil in JK, 7 mil in Kerala, 7 mil in Assam, 20 mil in WB

so 42 mil out of 140 mil are in these key battle ground states

33% of IMs are on the verge of secession

The tragedy is that this was so predictable

Their strategy is very predictable - breed or infiltrate, then start riots then ethnic cleanse hindus

One thing good about muslims is their tactical brilliance and strategic stupidity

IMHO, in WB, they showed their hands too soon.

If they waited another 40 years, they would be 35%, instead of 25% now

Again the local defense is very simple, never allow a muslim to buy or rent in your area and boycott their shops,

hopefully they will move near a secularist

The day we were reminded of Noakhali 1946

Hindu Samhati Activist Leads Team to Investigate During Riots in DeGanga

Rishi Khujur

When Prokash Chandra Das started his journey to Deganga at 4am on 7th September, he thought that this was one more of case of intimidation, of poor Hindu villagers by Muslim goons, something that he has gotten accustomed to, as the North 24 Pargana district coordinator for Hindu Samhati. The evening before, he had received frantic calls from some Hindus in Deganga, a village in the North 24 Pargana district of West Bengal , about 40 kilometers from Kolkata. Such call come almost every week as Prokash rushes from village to village with his team of volunteers. But later that night as call kept coming, Prokash in turn called more people to gather more information on what was happening at Deganga. But nothing much was available. So he slept for a few hours and started of for Deganga at the break of dawn.

After about three hours, the Hindu Samhati team reached Baduria, from where their team set off for Deganga on motorcycles. On the way they were stopped by a Muslim group at Udayanpalli, about 10 kilometers from Deganga. The group wielding swords, axes and crowbars, threatened them if they tried to go any further.

Finding themselves outnumbered and unarmed, the Hindu Samhati workers turned back and took a more circuitous route to Deganga. The streets were deserted and the only people visible were small groups of young Muslims on street corners, many carrying swords. At Khejurdenga, they were again challenged by a group of Muslims, while they sped forward. By 4pm they had reached Bishwanathpur, and for the first time saw Hindu villagers slowly coming out of hiding. They informed Prokash and his team that the Army, the Rapid Action Force (a counter riot police unit) and Eastern Frontier Rifles were patrolling the troubled spots and it was relatively safe to venture out, even though curfew was in place and attacks were still going on in isolated areas.

After another hour, the Hindu Samhati team finally reached Deganga. The streets there were deserted and the Hindus that were still there, had barricaded themselves inside their houses, while the paramilitary forces were patrolling the streets. Hospital Road, the main street wore a deserted look. Prokash and his team were taken to the Anathbandhu Samiti Club at Kartikpur, Deganga, by the local contact where they spoke to the local families. There they narrated the horrific events of September 6. The Muslim mobs had descended on the area in vans and trucks provided by a rich Islamist who owns a transportation company. For the whole day they molested Hindu women, looted shops and houses, and then burnt them down. The local police was called in, but they could do precious little. Instead of swiftly bringing the situation under control by using lethal force against the attackers, they stood as mute spectators as they were not given orders to counteract decisively by the local authorities. Sub Inspector Sushanta Barui was beaten up mercilessly and Sub Inspector Jonaki Bakshi, was seriously wounded in the mob attack.

Tapas Ray’s clinic was looted and shops owned by Haren Bakshi, Badal Ghosh and Tarun Bhowmick, Bhaben Ghosh, Kena Sarkar, Kartik Baidya were looted and then burnt. Along Hospital Road, shops owned by Santu Das, Mithu Biswas, were looted and destroyed. Ambika Tiles, a local construction retail was looted and destroyed and truckloads of material were taken away. The Hindu Samhati team saw a minivan owned by Partha Das, a local businessman was still smouldering. The Muslim mobs came prepared with thousands of broken bottles that they piled up at the all major road entry points to the city, and paramilitary forces could be delayed from reaching Deganga. They carried swords, axes, machetes, and brickbats. Their movements were well coordinated and the mob even included teenagers who were helping carry the loot away. Prokash’s team returned the next to and saw a few press reporters taking pictures of the devastation. At the Kartikpur Hindu temple, about 2 kilomters from Deganga, the Muslim mobs had broken the Hindu deities and defecated in the temple premises. The local Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) Mehboob Akhtar refused permission to do so and the photographs were destroyed.

For Debarati Banik (name changed), the future will never be the same again. Debarati is physically and psychologically traumatized cannot sleep and eat. She is scared of crowds and gatherings. As Durga Puja, the most important Hindu festival for Bengal arrives, the people of Deganga are afraid of the months to come. The Muslims warned of more attacks, and the blood curdling cries of claiming entire Bengal for Islam still haunts their memories.

For people in India, life goes on as usual.

Curfew in Punjab town after rumours of Quran burning in US

Email Story Write to the editor Print Story

Marad murder: Court acquits all accused

September 24, 2010 7:46:57 AM

VR Jayaraj | Kozhikode

The Special Additional Sessions Court (Marad cases), Kozhikode on Thursday acquitted all the 16 accused in the case relating to the murder of Hindu fisherman Thekkethodi Kunjumon at Marad, a fishing village near Beypore harbour.

The case was that a group of assailants hacked Kunjumon to death on the night of January 3, 2002 during communal unrest in the fishing village, known as the Marad One riots. Two Hindus and three Muslims were killed in the riots which led to a massacre in Marad in May, 2003, in which eight Hindus were killed.

Special Judge Sophie Thomas acquitted the 16 accused, all Muslims, after the Prosecution failed to prove the charges against them. Seven of the accused are already undergoing life imprisonment – three in the Thekkethodi Shimjith murder case and four in cases related to the Marad Two riots of 2003.

This was the fourth of the five murder cases and one of the total 76 cases related to the Marad One riots. The judge examined 24 witnesses but their depositions were said to be weak. The prosecution said various factors could have led to the acquittal but added that there were some lapses in the investigation of the case.

Those acquitted by the Special Judge were Seemamundakathu Ashraf, Noufal, Thajuddin, Gafoor, Manaf, Sihabuddin, Koyamon, Shihabuddin, Erjuvintakath Sainuddin, Zakir, Kabir, Hanifa, Sadiq, Nalukudiparabu Manaf, Moideen Koya and Latheef.

The Marad special court had in June sentenced seven to life imprisonment for the murder of 17-year-old Hindu boy Shimjith in during the Marad One riots. It had also sentenced nine accused to five-year prison term in the same case. Shimjith was killed on January 3, 2003 during an attack on the house of Pushparajan of Thekkethodi, an activist of Hindu fishermen’s Araya Samajam outfit, by a group of 35 men.

The others who lost lives in the Marad One riots were Pallithodi Yunus, Kunjikoya and Aboobacker. Eighty houses, belonging to people from both communities, came under arson and looting. Twenty-one houses were gutted and 42 partially damaged in the fire. Two country boats and seven motor-driven fibre boats were set ablaze.

http://news.rediff.com/slide-show/2010/s...contentTop

It all started on the night of September 3, the third Friday in the month of Ramazan.

Here's what happened, verified from multiple sources, which both communities and the police do not dispute:

1. After evening prayers, Muslims noticed some cow dung splattered on the walls of the Danipura mosque.

2. Youngsters took up the issue with the Gujjar community (Milk is their main business) that lives alongside the mosque. (A few days ago a Gujjar resident had called the police station complaining about loud noise from the mosque.)

3. The issue was sorted between the two communities with the help of the police around 9:30 pm.

4. But half an hour later, some youngsters started gathering in groups and a small police party including Superintendent of Police, Mayank Jain, District Magistrate Rajendra Sharma, with a couple of armed escorts reached the spot.

5. As the Muslims began advancing towards the small police party, the officers fended off the mob and called for reinforcements.

6. The mob torched about 40 vehicles, including those of the police and presspersons. A small temple was also set on fire.

7. A small Hindu mob also armed with swords and firearms had also formed by then, and started targeting and damaging Muslim property.

8. As extra forces arrived, they first cordoned off the area. This took some time, and around 2 am, September 4, when the forces began a search operation in the neighbourhood to apprehend the miscreants, they entered a mosque in Sheranipura, one of the bigger mosques in the locality.

Following this, there was an announcement from the mosque: 'Muslims, come out, with scarves tied around your head. Islam is in danger.'

9. This led to a few thousand Muslims assembling, some brandishing swords and others carrying firearms. (The police videographed the mob) As the police fired in the air, the mob retaliated.

10. The forces then push back the mob, and started making arrests.

11. The search operation lasted the whole of next day, when more arrests were made.

Prev Next

The worst thing about the incident is that it became an issue of Muslims versus the administration.

"The first thing one must understand about this incident is the numbers. It is conveniently said that thousands attacked. During Ramzan, every mosque will have about 500 to 700 people offering prayers there. There are at least 10 mosques in the area. So, while it is true that people did indeed assemble in the thousands, most of them were merely praying. They were not armed," said Asif Ali, the Shahar Kazi (a judge in the shariah. In India, it is only titular).

Senior police officers in private, admit that the number people armed with swords would not have been more than in the double digits.

"Even the firing from that side, it would not have been more than 8, 10 rounds," said an officer who was at the forefront in quelling the situation.

"The second thing," the Kazi said, "we accept that someone opened fire from the mob. But any community will have notorious elements. The police should arrest them. Instead they have taken away absolutely innocent people and are telling the community, you hand over the miscreants and we will release these people."

"Isn't it their duty to find out the culprits, especially considering that they have video evidence?" Asif Ali asked. "Also, I took a photograph that appeared on the front page of Dainik Bhaskar (the widely circulated newspaper) on September 5, that showed a Hindu mob, with swords and firearms. Why were they not arrested?"

Tension in Jangpura over demolition of religious place

Quote:Tension prevailed in Jungpura area in southeast Delhi on Wednesday following demolition of an ‘illegal’ religious structure by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) which claimed the structure was built on its land. The demolition drive went off peacefully till afternoon but hurdles cropped up due to protests by locals who pelted stones on the Nizamuddin police station and blocked the busy Mathura Road for long.

By evening, religious leaders and some politicians headed to the spot and addressed the protesters which added fuel to the fire. Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit convened a review meeting with the concerned officials on Wednesday night to assess the law and order situation. As a precautionary measure, the police barricaded the area and restricted traffic movement on both carriageways from Ashram Chowk to Neela Gumbad. This led to a massive traffic snarl in the area and the congestion stretched to Ring Road where the traffic was diverted.

....

..

Some protesters, including Jangpura MLA Tarvinder Singh Marwah, claimed that they suffered injuries in the incident. Later, the protesters marched towards the police station where Ahmed Bukhari, Shahi Imam of Jama Masjid, and LJP MLA Shoib Iqbal addressed them

Removing illegal mosque can create riots in Delhi, same DDA easily demolish temples everywhere in Delhi without riots.

Quote:Dalits demand judicial inquiry into attack by Meos

Special Correspondent

About a fortnight after the houses of Dalits were ransacked, looted and set on fire in Husaipur village near Bhiwadi in Alwar district, the police are yet to arrest those responsible for the mayhem and ensure the return of Dalits driven out of the village allegedly by the dominant Meo Muslims. A sick Dalit woman staying in a damaged house has since lost her life reportedly under the impact of the cold.

The Dalits have charged State Medical and Health Minister Aimaduddin Ahmed Khan – elected to the Assembly from the Tijara constituency in which Husaipur falls – with shielding the accused. The lack of action by the district administration against the “politically well-connected” accused has baffled not just the Dalits, but other civil rights activists here as well.

Meos allegedly launched a daylight attack on the Dalits belonging to the poor Meghwal community on January 19 following an exchange of fire between the two sides, in which a Meo youth, Zahid, was killed. The dispute started when a hen reared by a Dalit family was crushed under the wheels of Zahid's tractor.

While the police have arrested five Dalit youths on the charge of Zahid's murder, the assailants who torched Dalits' houses and looted their belongings including cash and jewellery are still at large. Tension prevails in Husaipur with the dominant Meos allegedly threatening the few Dalit women and children, who are putting up in the village under the police protection.

Hundreds of Dalits staged a demonstration at Tijara on Monday demanding a judicial inquiry into the ransacking of their houses amid what they described as the ruling Congress leaders' support and protection to the aggressors. In a memorandum handed over to the authorities, they demanded stern action against the police and district officers for their “inaction”.

Jaipur-based Centre for Dalit Rights (CDR) patron P. L. Mimroth, who visited Husaipur on Sunday to attend a meeting between the two sides arranged by the administration, told The Hindu here that the Dalit men belonging to the 13 Meghwal families in the village were scared of returning because all of them had been named as accused in the case of Zahid's murder.

Sunday's meeting ended abruptly without any result as a crowd of five-dozen Meos allegedly threatened the Dalit representatives and swore to take revenge for the murder of Zahid. Mr. Mimroth, who met Alwar Collector Ashutosh Pednekar, said extremist elements seemed to be dominating on both the sides and the Sangh Parivar elements were provoking Dalits in the region.

With the administration having failed to take any step for Dalits' rehabilitation, Meos are reportedly organising caste panchayats in the nearby villages such as Khedi, Karenda, Kharkadi, Sarey Kalan, Chaupakni and Chauksi and issuing “open and unrestrained threats” to Dalits.

Mr. Mimorth said while the Dalit youths – Rajvir, Bishan, Vikram, Sanjay and Babulal – arrested in the murder case, who too had sustained bullet injuries, were yet to be medically examined and provided with treatment, the case against Meos registered on Dalits' complaint had been “deliberately made very weak” by inserting mild and irrelevant charges.

It was only on Monday that some relief in the shape of food and clothes was provided to the Dalit families, 12 days after the violence. .

http://www.thehindu.com/todays-paper/tp-...all&test=2

This is the gift of that scumbag Vinoba Bhave who brought back these Meos from Pakistan through a fast.
