Hereby Antony has asked Gen Kapoor to review his decision of recommending only administrative action on Lt Gen Parkash in sucna land scam.
Gen Kapoor is the 1st chief of Army who has raised the stakes higher for COAS as his statement on international security especially related to Pak was first answered by Pak PM though later on he ducked and let his Generals do the talk.
