Google Cache on Putin's visit

A lot of agreements are being signed to show the return of Russia to world stage. It is interesting that Putin and MMS signed agreement on non-militarization of space and that too so soon after the Chinese ASAT test. Hope this was not done too soon by UPA.

Old technology, inplace they should take help from France. Last reactor in Narora,India was semi-built by France.
