I listen to right wing radio, they stay miles away from HR, Amensty or UN.
I think lack of response by India Police may be, they thought it was gang war, they don't want to kill those who give them hafta to turn head otherside and close eyes.
Or they knew there is no bullet in rifle or they have never used gun before.

Sonu Nigam is refering to Javed. My jaw dropped when I heard Javed's comment.

Sonu makes us proud, I like his slap on Babu and he is on dot.

In 1996, I was present at his father and his concert near Woburn, MA. His father started his programme with Jahan Daal Daal Par Sone.... People gave him standing ovation. Best concert I have ever attended, plus private concert of Asha Bhaosle in 1995.

<!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin--><b>'VoIP connection used in Mumbai attacks paid from Karachi'</b>
pioneer.com
PTI | Mumbai
Claiming to have detected another Pakistani link into the audacious Mumbai attacks,<b> investigators have said payment of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) connection used by terrorists was made from port city of Karachi.</b>

With the assistance of western investigating agencies including FBI and Scotland Yard, Indian investigators have found that the account was purchased on a fake identity card in Karachi and the payment of USD 300 was routed through a prominent money transfer service, official sources said.

An identity check carried out by the foreign investigators revealed that the documents used to get connection were fake, they added.

<b>The VoIP number brought from Orlando, Florida was used by the 10 terrorists to talk to their masters across the border including Zaki-ur-Rahman Lakhvi, a Lashkar-e-Taiba operative, who is believed to be the mastermind of the Mumbai terror strikes that left 183 dead</b>.

Lakhvi is among 20 other LeT operatives detained by Pakistan government in a swoop couple of days back, the sources said.

VoIP is a technology that enables a person to make and receive phone calls through Internet. Voice is converted into packets of data sent over the Internet through a broadband connection, and reassembled at the other end of the line.

Investigators, who monitored worldwide traffic of VoIP found that nearly 5000 calls were made across the globe at the time of terror strikes in Mumbai. A critical analysis and decoding of data packets led them to two VoIP numbers which were accessed from six Indian mobile phone numbers, the sources said.

Following fresh revelations the focus has now shifted to a Gulf-based satellite service operator, whose services were also used by the terrorists to connect with the LeT commanders in Pakistan.

The FBI team and Scotland yard sleuths camping in Mumbai for last 10 days are interpreting all clues besides the Internet telephony signatures intercepted by Indian intelligence agencies.

<b>The FBI team, which landed here on December one, has been able to break the code of Internet telephony, its area of expertise.</b>

<b>As per the US laws, the FBI has to probe death or torture of any American citizen outside the US and later submit a chargesheet. Six US nationals were killed by terrorists in the Mumbai attacks.</b>

<b>The FBI has also sought interrogation report of Mohammad Ajmal Amir Iman, arrested by Mumbai police on November 26 from Chowpatty area.</b>
The FBI is focusing on tracking back the mail as to what and how may times it was opened in Pakistan, the deciphered packets of the satellite conversation between the militants and their handler, and the air length frequency waves used for conversing on Internet.<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->

<!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin--><b>Mumbai attackers part of bigger suicide team: NYT</b>
pioneer.com
Reuters | NEW YORK
The 10 men who conducted the attacks in Mumbai belonged to a group of 30 recruits selected for suicide missions and the whereabouts of the other 20 are unknown, the New York Times reported.

<b>India has no reason to believe the other 20 are in India, but that could be a possibility</b>, the newspaper's website (www.nytimes.com) quoted Mumbai Police Deputy Commissioner Deven Bharti as saying on Tuesday.

"Another 20 were ready to die," Bharti said. "This is the very disturbing part of it."

It was the first time Indian police had disclosed the larger number of suicide recruits from the Pakistani militant group, Lashkar-e-Taiba. They say only 10 gunmen took part in the Nov. 26-29 attacks in Mumbai that killed 171 people and raised tensions between nuclear-armed neighbours India and Pakistan.

<b>Jamat-ud-Dawah, Hafiz Saeed added to UN terror list</b><!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin-->United Nations, Dec 11 (IANS) Acceding to India's request, a UN Security Council committee Wednesday designated Jamat-ud-Dawah (JuD), the frontal organisation of Lashkar-e-Taiba, as a global terrorist organisation and its leader Hafiz Mohammad Saeed a terrorist in the wake of thier alleged involvement in the Mumbai terror attacks.

With this they are subject to freezing of assets, travel ban and arms embargo.

In a letter to the Security Council Friday, India had urged the 15-member UN body to 'proscribe' them as they were involved in the Mumbai mayhem which killed more than 170 people including several foreigners.

Moving quickly, given the seriousness of the issue and the information provided by India in support of its demand, the Security Council Al Qaeda and Taliban Sanctions Committee at its meeting held at the UN headquarters Wednesday afternoon approved the names as requested by India.

In addition to this, the Sanctions Committee also designated two other LeT leaders as terrorists. They are Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi, chief of operations of Laskhar-e-Taiba, and Haji Muhammad Ashraf, chief of finance of the group. These names were added at the request of the US

<b>NEW DELHI : <span style='color:red'>India's Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Thursday called Pakistan "the epicentre of terrorism" and said the international community must deal with the problem.

"We have to galvanise the international community to deal with the epicentre of terrorism, which is located in Pakistan," Singh said in a speech to parliament.

The prime minister said India had exercised "the utmost restraint so far" but added that should not be "misconstrued" as a sign of weakness.</span></b>

Moron Singh can call anything to Pakistan, barking in front of TV camera won't solve anything. Yes, he had galvanised internalional community now he will do Mujra for them.
I have started count down for next one.
Ask Moron Singh when he will hang Afzal Guru?
Why Moron SIngh is using IB to spy opposition parties, they are back on old desk?
Why Moron SIngh had not demoted his own Son-in-law who was working under Sonia Das Patil, oh yes, I have forgotten he is spying on Gandhi family becuase MK is spying on Moron SIngh. So sweet,
Jerk should resign himself, complete failure in all front. Somebody put tapes on his mouth.

his leftie friends told press some 6 months back that he want to be hanged.
Now my take -
Afzal is having good time in Jail, he is waiting when his good friends will rescue him. It must be message to SIMI, do it fast Man, why delay?
So Amar SIngh and Sharad Pawar started ploting scheme to create "Hindu terror", but Mumbai incidence may have put whitewash on Amar Singh and Sharad Pawar plan. Don't be disappointed, GE date will be out soon.

<b>'US erred in not shutting down Lashkar, Jaish after 9/11'</b><!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin-->Curtis, now a senior research fellow at the <b>Heritage Foundation </b>-- a leading Washington, DC, conservative think-tank, told rediff.com in an interview that "the United States made a mistake in not forcing Pakistan to shut down these groups (Lashkar and Jaish-e-Mohammad, also believed to be responsible for the attack on India's Parliament in December 2001) immediately following 9/11."

<b>"The United States was short-sighted. It focused on just getting Pakistan to focus on the Al Qaeda [Images] leadership, and praised Pakistan -- rewarded Pakistan for that, and sort of turned a blind eye even to Pakistani support for the Taliban [Images] and to these militants,"</b> she said.

"We are almost at the same point where we were seven years ago -- right after 9/11, having the 2001-2002 crisis, precipitated by the Lashkar attack on the Indian Parliament -- and one would have hoped that this group wouldn't have even existed seven years later," Curtis added.

<b>India wants 40 suspects from Pakistan</b><!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin-->Earlier, he told Lok Sabha that India had conveyed its ‘sense of outrage’, but it had not been provoked into any kind of action, “despite Islamabad’s propaganda”.

He said the government was told that Lashkar-e-Tayyaba chief Hafiz Saeed had been arrested. “However, within 20 minutes, I heard from our Islamabad mission that the man was on television.”

Referring to the Jaish-e-Muhammad chief’s house arrest, Mukherjee said he doubted if it was a convincing step. <!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->
