Islamism - 6 - Bharatvarsh - 05-28-2007

I don't know what's wrong with this guy but only someone really stupid would go to negotiate with Muslims after he had done something like that, now I doubt she will be returned to him or at least they will make their life a living hell until they both convert.

Islamism - 6 - Guest - 05-28-2007

I recently saw a movie where they murdered the guy. At least, this guy is wise enough to move around with friends.

Islamism - 6 - Bharatvarsh - 05-28-2007

If I was him, I would now do a phony conversion and get back the woman and skip the state (not just the state but the Hindi belt, go down to Chennai or something) for good, those Hindus who put their trust in the Indian police especially in sikular ruled states are doomed.

Islamism - 6 - Guest - 05-28-2007

My take based on Muslim culture of UP, Bihar and MP
This Muslim family will kill this guy. They always do. Guy should divorce her and find someone else, if he is interested to live.

Former boyfriend of surviving daughter arrested in Phoenix airport carrying a one-way ticket to Bangladesh.</b>

A Van Nuys man carrying a one-way ticket to Bangladesh has been arrested at a Phoenix airport in connection with the deaths of two Anaheim residents last week, the attempted murder of another and a arson, Maricopa County Superior Court officials confirmed Tuesday.

Iftekhar Murtaza,22, is identified in court papers as the ex-boyfriend of Shayona Dhanak, the 18-year-old daughter of one of the two murder victims, Jayprakash Dhanak, 56. The other victim, Karishma Dhanak, 20, was Shayona Dhanak's sister. Jayprakash's wife, Leela Dhanak, 53, was severely beaten in the attack but survived.

The victims were stabbed, strangled and burned, according to the documents. The Dhanaks' Anaheim Hills home was set on fire.
..............

The motive for the crime appears to be a dispute over religion.

"Information developed revealed the suspect was upset with Shayona's parents and sister for discontinuing the relationship due to different religious backgrounds, Hindu and Muslim," the papers said.

The Dhanaks were reported by friends and neighbors to be devout members of the strict Swaminarayan branch of Hinduism. Murtaza is Muslim.

this is what comes of cowardice by the indian government.

Had this happened in India, we could have counted on Lallu Yadav to appoint an inquiry commission headed by a Bengali judge to establish that they committed suicide.

Or Manmohan Singh to say that Muslims have the first claim on the nation's resources, which apparently includes Hindu women.

<b>Was Muhammad foretold in Parsi Scriptures?</b>

(Of course, it was inevitable that an article called "Iran the Origin of The Aryan People" would show up. I mean, every country with a connection to IE has already claimed it - Iran's all that was wanting. At least they have Avestan which is a very old language.
But referring just to the 5th century bce doesn't constitute any kind of proof of IE homeland. Also, the translation of Darius' writing appears faulty compared to earlier translations where Arya wasn't turned into a race.
Oryans here, Oryans there, Oryans everywhere. Well, in theory. In reality, they seem a pretty scarce population in spite of being the topic of so many discussions.)

<b>Amputation in the Islamic Republic</b>
Amputation is performed on people who as a result of being unemployed, have resorted to committing theft, to feed their families. This Barbarian phenomenon is occurring while the "aghazadehs" (the privileged children of the regime's high ranking officials) on a daily basis loot the national coffers, part of which rightfully belongs to these people under indictment.

<b>Execution in the Islamic Republic</b>
Chilling examples of women's and Freedom fighters' public executions. It's worth noting that women under the Islamic Republic are raped before executed, so as to prevent them from going to heaven. Mullahs in their limited imagination believe that only virgins go to heaven.

<b>Stoning in the Islamic Republic</b>
During the length of the terrifying rule of the Islamic Republic, we've witnessed the stoning of women who although married with families, had to resort to prostitution. While investigating the case of such women, many declared that the primary breadwinner of the family, the man, had been imprisoned. This in turn forced these women to sell their bodies in order to provide for their family. Many others yet, disclosed that the reason for their prostitution is unemployment, and their husband's addiction.

And certainly websites are nowhere near as trustworthy as first-hand information from people you can trust (like your friends). But for what it's worth:
One of the accusations against the islamic republic stated above is confirmed (in more painful detail) by what appeared to me to be more reliable sources: several long-standing Zoroastrian sites all state the same about the treatment of female <i>prisoners</i> on death row in Iran. And other pages like for instance Homa Darabi's site - see section "Female Political prisoners":
http://www.homa.org/Details.asp?ContentID=2137352848&TOCID=2
<b>CAUTION: FOR PEOPLE HORRIFIED BY DISGUSTING STUFF, THE FOLLOWING IS VERY UNPLEASANT</b>

<!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin--><b>Female Political Prisoners</b>
Under the Islamic Republic, most of the female political prisoners are charged with waging war against God. Thus, according to the Islamic Officials they are war prisoners and may be considered as the slaves of the Islamic Warriors. Consequently, the guardians of the revolution, namely the Pasdars, may treat them as they like. Each woman in the prison belongs to one guard. He may lawfully consider his slave as a concubine and force her into sexual intercourse or inflict other tortures on her.

In his 1992 report, the United Nations Special Representative, Commission on Human Rights in the Islamic Republic of Iran, writes that, "requests made by the victims from their parents to supply them with contraceptives and the silence of the Islamic officials who have refused to deny the above charges are alarming clues which confirm such allegations."

Girls condemned to death may not undergo the sentence as long as they are virgins. Thus they are systematically raped before the sentence is executed.

To rape women prisoners, especially virgin girls, who are accused of being against the regime, is a normal and daily practice in the Islamic Republic's prisons, and by doing so, the clergies declare that they adhere to the merits of the Islamic principles and laws, preventing a virgin girl to go to heaven. Mullahs believe that these are ungodly creatures and they do not deserve the heaven, therefore they are raped to make sure that they will end up in hell.<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->

<!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin--><i> [It’s my personal view, status of society used be seen, as how they treat woman]</i> They have no restriction pursuing higher education, as one can see in other Middle East countries.<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->This is true.
But the <i>few that end up in prison</i> for supposed breaches of immorality (defending themselves against attempted rape, for instance) are said to be treated despicably and have a bad end. That much in the "daneshjoo" link can be corroborated elsewhere.

<b>ADDED:</b> Stoning in Iran as punishment for rape victims as well as for (alleged) affairs is also well-documented.
For those that don't end up on the wrong side of islamic law in Iran, I readily believe they do well and flourish by getting a good education and be allowed to work. But the few who are less fortunate are still punished inhumanely, and sometimes they did not even commit the 'crimes' they are accused of.
It's not as bad as Afghanistan, where no woman got educated under the T-ban and they'd get beaten up when caught with visible nail polish on their nails during their own wedding. But in both countries, the punishment is still horrible death for transgressing certain islamic laws.

<!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin-->Police guard girl 'forced to become Muslim'Jun 6 2007

By Mark Cowan, Birmingham Mail

A TEENAGE Sikh girl was today being guarded by police amid claims she had been forced to convert to Islam.

An armed gang smashed their way into a house in Erdington last month and threatened the occupants, apparently in search of the girl.

She was reported missing from her family home in West Bromwich a few days earlier.

They are concerned that the girl, understood to be a student at Sutton Coldfield college, could have been forced to switch religion, it was reported.

"This lady has been located and is currently in the care of West Midlands Police," a force spokesman said.

"We would like to reassure the community that this lady is safe and well."

An investigation was launched on May 25 following the aggravated burglary in Erdington when masked men broke into the house and threatened the occupants with weapons, possibly believing the girl was staying there.

Police said no one was injured in the incident.

"We are conducting inquiries into the motive for this attack," the spokesman said.

"We are not ruling the possibility this may be linked to a report received concerning the whereabouts of an 18-year-old female from West Bromwich, who was reported missing by her family."

He added: "Her family are clearly concerned about her welfare as are the wider communities.."

A spokesman for Birmingham City Council said: "We are working closely with the police to deal with a number of sensitive issues being raised by members of the community and will be working together with other interested parties to consider the wider and longer term implications for the city."

Asia's Islamic extremists add beheadings to their arsenal

Publication: BostonHerald.com

URL: http://news.bostonherald.com/international...ticleid=1004311

It took two days for the young Muslim assassin to calm his nerves before the slaying.

Then, Mohama Waekaji says, he walked one cool morning to a rice mill, carrying a knife and following orders from a guerrilla commander to behead the 72-year-old Buddhist owner.

He asked the elderly man, Juan Kaewtongprakam, for some rice husks. As he turned to collect them, Waekaji says, he slashed the blade through the man's neck.

"I didn't dare to disobey," the 23-year-old Waekaji said in an interview with The Associated Press _ the first time a Thai militant accused of a beheading has spoken to the Western media. "I knew they would come after me if I did not do what I was told."

The killing in February was one in a spate of beheadings that has shocked Thailand, a nation with no past history of the practice, and fueled fears that the brutal terrorist tactics of the Middle East are spreading in Asia.

Twenty-five beheadings _ including 10 already this year _ have been reported in southern Thailand since an Islamic-inspired insurgency erupted in 2004, claiming more than 2,200 lives. Militants in the heavily Muslim region seek independence from mostly Buddhist Thailand.

"Beheadings are certainly on the rise outside of the Middle East proper," said Timothy Furnish, professor of Middle Eastern history at Georgia Perimeter College. "These groups do take their cues from ... hardcore Islamic thought coming out of the Arab world. Beheading infidels not only shocks, but also demonstrates Islamic bona fides to other groups."

Thai authorities say jihad videos from the Middle East, captured from rebel training camps, may be inspiring young men like Waekaji. One clip said to have come from Iraq shows a woman lying on her side on a patch of grass as a man slowly cuts her throat with a long knife. Blood spurts from the wound, the screaming finally stops and her head is completely severed.

"The inspiration is clearly coming across the Internet or through DVDs clips," said Zachary Abuza, an expert on terrorism in Southeast Asia at Simmons College in Boston.

"Islamist militants in Southeast Asia are very frustrated that the region is considered the Islamic periphery," Abuza added. "... Militants of the region are actively trying to pull the region into the Islamic core. They want people to understand that their jihad is a part of the global jihad."

Beheadings have been linked to other militants across Asia, including groups in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Indian-held Kashmir and Indonesia, the world's most populous Muslim nation. In the mostly Roman Catholic Philippines, at least 37 people have been decapitated in the last decade by the al-Qaida-linked Abu Sayyaf.

Beheadings are not solely a tool of guerrillas. Its imposed as punishment under some strict interpretations of Islamic law such as in Saudi Arabia and under the former Taliban regime in Afghanistan.

Waekaji's account of his journey _ from quiet, average student to a confessed killer _ offers insights into how young Muslims fall under the influence of militant Islamic thinking.

He was attending a private Islamic school in Pattani province when a school buddy persuaded him to join a religious event at a mosque. There "ustad," or teachers, told him about an organization to liberate southern Thailand, asking him to take an oath to become a servant of Allah, obey the teachers and take the secrets of the organization to his grave.

Although confused and with little knowledge of politics, he took the oath and began secret training at age 19.

His teachers stressed the sufferings of Muslims in Palestine and Afghanistan and also in Thailand, where many Muslims feel they are second-class citizens in a Buddhist-dominated land.

The teachers detailed the Tak Bai tragedy of 2004 when Thai security forces confronted Muslim protesters, resulting in the deaths of 85. The victims died of suffocation when authorities arrested 1,300 people and stacked them on top of each other in trucks.

"I was shaken when I heard the story. I was revengeful and I did hate them, those who did this to us Muslims," Waekaji said at the prison in Na Pradu, about 680 miles south of Bangkok.

His story could not be independently confirmed, but Waekaji has made a formal written confession and the police have filed a case against him in criminal court.

During rigorous training, he learned how to do knuckle push-ups, wield knives, swords and guns and how to take a life by squeezing an opponent's Adam's apple with his hands or breaking a victim's neck.

After two years, he was sent out to burn tires and spread nails on roads to puncture tires and distract police before attacks staged by his comrades.

"They recruit responsible, tight-lipped and trouble-free teenagers ... people who can carry out orders and who don't attract attention to themselves," said Thai army Col. Shinawat Mandej. "They train their minds before training their bodies. They get them at the most vulnerable age when they need something to believe in and turn them into cold-blooded killers."

When the order came to slay the mill owner _ a person he had seen but didn't know _ Waekaji said he was frightened, both by the orders and what his leaders would do to him if he failed.

"It was too late to want out," he said, his eyes closed and his head downcast. "It was either me or him."

Police found the man's headless body at the rice mill and his head in a nearby field that separates Muslim and Buddhist villages. Waekaji was arrested and charged with the killing about two months later.

Leaflets left in mailboxes and motorcycle baskets in Pattani the day of the beheading warned: "We will give Thai Buddhists three days to leave our land. Otherwise, we will kill you and burn your houses. ... Thai Buddhists will never live peacefully. You will be killed cruelly."

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thailand's muslim problems are just beginning. Once the viruses are in, it is very difficult to eradicate. There is no known antidote.

Declaring the marriage of a 22-year-old youth with his divorced step-mother as "null and void", Muslim clerics have said such relationships will be treated as 'rape' and the culprits will be punished as per Islamic law.

The youth identified as Shokin of Gangeru village in the district married his divorced step-mother in a Haryana court recently after eloping from the village.

In a ruling, Mufti of Islamic seminary Dar-ul-Uloom Maulana Ahsan Qasmi said that marriage was illegal and ruled that relationship will be treated as rape according to the Shari'ah. He asked the couple to immediately break the relationship to avoid harsh punishment.

Maulana Mohammad Irfan, the president of Shariah court, said Islam prohibits such marriages.

The president of Uttar Pradesh Imam's (clerics) organisation Mufti Zulfikar said, "The act was shameful and illegal under Islamic law."

The marriage has led to tension in the village following clash in which six people, including four women, were injured when supporters of Shokin's father clashed over the marriage on the couple's return to the village.

Security has been stepped up in the village to avoid any untoward incident, police said.<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->

Don't know if this was already posted.

The 'Proponents of Peace' have tried to make an attempt against the life of the Dalai Lama. (LeT and communist China make happy bedfellows.)
Here's how amiably islamis wish to treat the Dalai Lama, making it known that islam is now the same well-wisher and friend to Buddhism as it ever was:

http://www.theaustralian.news.com.au/story...16-2703,00.html
<!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin--><b>Terror group's threat raises Dalai Lama alert</b>
Bruce Loudon, South Asia correspondent
April 03, 2007

SECURITY surrounding the Dalai Lama has been tightened after reports of an attempt by the al-Qa'ida-linked terrorist organisation Lashkar-e-Toiba to assassinate the exiled Tibetan spiritual leader.
A three-tier security ring has been thrown around the 72-year-old Buddhist head, who lives at Dharamsala, in the Himalayan foothills, Indian police spokesman Prem Lal said.
All those approaching the exiled Tibetan chief will be closely watched by highly trained Tibetan security guards as well as heavily armed deployments of Indian police.

Visitors are being body-searched before being allowed to approach him.

The Dalai Lama is scheduled to make a widely anticipated 11-day visit to cities and regional centres across Australia in early June, making both free and ticketed appearances at public lectures, blessings and teaching sessions. Before that, he will visit the US.

Superintendent Lal said police had been alerted by central intelligence agencies to the reported plot by Lashkar-e-Toiba to kill the Dalai Lama "on the directions of a foreign organisation", which he declined to name, but is assumed to be al-Qa'ida.

In a recent document, Osama bin Laden denounced "pagan Buddhism" as part of his general attack on anything not Islamic.

The assassination threat picked up by Indian authorities is thought to be based on bin Laden's denunciation and the extremist jihadi movement's hatred for anything and anyone that is not Muslim.

Lashkar-e-Toiba is believed to be al-Qa'ida's agent in South Asia and has been involved in virtually every major terrorist attack in India.

<b>Indian authorities recently heightened the security surrounding India's political leader, Sonia Gandhi, and members of her high-profile family following intelligence reports that they were on the extremist movement's hit list.</b> Mrs Gandhi now travels the country in armed motorcades similar to those that carry the country's head of state, President Abdul Kalam.
(What a joke. She's such a sorry fraud.
LeT and TSP and SIMI and other salamiterrorists all love her. She's the greatest thing to happen to them since TSP.
But she must evoke sympathy somehow... So she must play the part of potential target - can't let the Dalai Lama achieve greater popularity than her when she 'ought to' be the most important person in India.
Imagine if every Indian were to know that no islamoterrorist would ever want to hurt a hair on her head... they might finally start asking the right questions.)

The heavy security cordon thrown around the Dalai Lama at the Dharamsala exile where he has lived since fleeing Tibet is in sharp contrast to the normally relaxed atmosphere that pervades the town and is testimony of the extent to which Islamic terrorism is affecting even remote parts of the world.

As police disclosed the threat to the Dalai Lama, Indian officials drafted a strong declaration on terrorism in South Asia for leaders attending the South Asian Association for Regional Co-operation summit beginning in New Delhi today.

Indian foreign secretary Shivshankar Menon said the draft declaration would discuss "not only about implementing what we have already agreed to, but to see what further action we, in thesub-region, can take against terrorism".

There are suggestions that leaders at the eight-nation summit will consider extending throughout Asia the joint mechanism to deal with terrorism recently established between India and Pakistan.

The mechanism involves close co-operation on all matters relating to terrorism and a regular exchange of intelligence.

Sri Lanka is particularly keen to see an integrated strategy that would assist it in its war against the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam, or Tamil Tigers. Colombo wants SAARC members to work with it to defeat the Tigers.

Similarly, India wants all eight SAARC nations to help it defeat the Lashkar-e-Toiba group and to pursue a campaign against the terrorist movement. But many Pakistanis see LeT fighters as heroes.<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->

<i>A German judge who explained away/excused abuse of women with an appeal to the koran, is not allowed to finish/round off a divorce case. Her sentence is raising indignation in Germany.</i>

With a reference to the koran, a judge denied a petition for speedy divorce from a 26-year old Maroccan woman who said that she was being abused by her husband. (She claimed) she was also being threatened with death, according to her a reason to quickly end the divorce already-in-progress.

<b>Koran</b>
The judge however was not in agreement with the woman. She and her husband are both of the Maroccan culture and according to the koran, she (the judge) pronounced/judged, men have the right to discipline their wives.

The district-court in Frankfurt gave the judge a rap on the knuckles on Wednesday. She handled according to bias, and has been pulled off the case. German politicians are all over the judge. 'It is a big mistake of the judge,' says SPD-politician Dieter Wiefelspütz according to Der Spiegel. Vice-party-chairperson of the CDU, Wolfgang Bosbach, too, has had no good word to say about the judge's sentence.<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->

<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->

Shias of Lucknow come out after the Jumma namaz in protest against the destruction of the Rouza Meenars of 10th/11th Imams in Iraq by Sunnis. Their leader Kalbe Jawaad blamed US and Israel and called for unity of Muslims. He demanded that US forces leave Iraq. They will march in front of the US embassy on 19th.

Which world are they living in? Why dont they see reality? Those who destroyed the meenar were not kafirs but muslims themselves.
