<b>Congress in the name of development of minority(read muslim) districts is providing hard earned tax payers money to appease its muslim votebank.</b>

<!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin-->NEW DELHI: The Centre will spend more than Rs 3,500 crore in infrastructure development projects in 90 minority dominated districts across the country as it approved the package for improving basic amenities in these areas.

With the UPA Government entering the last leg of its tenure, it announced the major minority-centric scheme called “Multi-Sectoral Development Programme” under which basic infrastructure projects would be undertaken during the 11th Plan in designated districts.

The Centre will bear the entire expense of Rs 3,780 crore while the local governments will help in implementation of projects. Under the scheme, basic infrastructure like roads, health centres, skill development centres and marketing facilities would be developed in the minority dominated districts, said a government spokesperson after a meeting of Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA) which cleared the scheme.

The official said the focus of the scheme will be on rural and semi-rural areas of the identified 90 minority concentration districts which will be given funds as “development deficits”.

The money will be given after seeking a commitment from the state governments that they will constitute a committee for implementation of the Prime Minister’s 15-point programme for the welfare of minorities.

The 15-point programme aims at improving education, creating employment opportunities and addressing the security issues for the minorities.

It seeks to involve minorities in the Integrated Child Development Services Schemes and calls for measures for preventing communal riots and fast track compensation for victims of communal violence.

<b>It also talks about modernising madarsas and introducing scholarships for meritorious students from the minority communities.</b><!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->
Why is an constitutionally mandated secular government providing money to muslim madrassa whose only contribution to the nation is the production of terrorists who kill people of other faith in the name of islam. We dont need more such jehad factories to be setup with money that we pay as taxes to the government. If the government has got so much extra money why does it not invest in building schools & colleges which will provide good education and mould the children to serve the country.

<!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin-->The implementation of the 15-point programme has not been on track with several complaints pouring in about laxity shown by the state governments.<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->

The UPA Government’s 20,000 scholarships every year for non-Hindus

Anti-Secular Program for Balkanization of India

The dangerous proposals
brought by the UPA Government.

Also Read:

Ever since the UPA Government came to power blatant appeasement of minorities has become the order of the day.

====================================
The UPA Government has come with 20,000 scholarships every year for non-Hindus who have been practically brought up to hate Hindu Dharma; these scholarships are to be given for higher studies above 12th standard H.S.C level. What is the proof of MERIT for these scholarships? 50% marks in H.S.C. examination. Who is supposed to have MONETARY NEED for these scholarships? Those candidates whose parents get upto only Rs. 20,000/- a month. What is the greatest qualification of these candidates? They are non-Hindus (possibly anti-Hindus for all practical purposes); this is the GREATEST QUALIFICATION FOR SCHOLARSHIPS.

The scholarship provides for MAINTENANCE and TUITION fees. What will maintenance mean? Naturally, accommodation, food, clothing, books, travel, etc. Naturally, there will be special hostels or special buildings rented out or built up by government to create colonies for Muslims, Christians, etc. inside the campuses of every University or near these educational places. How many mini-Pakistans and mini-Vaticans shall we have in or near the Universities? Any number, to grow and grow, year by year.

Already, the Muslim community boys are being encouraged, even financially, by their Muslim community to catch Hindu girls for evening entertainment and connected things, finally trapping them in conversion and marriage. Christian girls are being encouraged by their Church to catch Hindu boys and trap them in conversion and marriage. This new Plan of higher education for Minority groups of population is a sure incentive system of conversion of Hindu boys and girls to go out of Hinduism if they want to survive.

The Constitution of India declares that no citizen of India shall be discriminated on grounds of his or her religion. What is now happening? What has been happening during the last 50 years or so? It is discrimination against Hindus that has been happening during the last fifty years. Now is the final stage of total disappearance of Hindu Dharma from Hindustan (India).

Do we Hindus not have the strength to save our Hindu Dharma in Hindustan? We have. We shall have Hindu Mass Movement to show our presence and our strength. Who won Independence from British Rule in 1947? Mostly Hindus. We shall now show what we Hindus can do in India at all levels, in all spheres, barring no sphere. All Hindus will rise everywhere, to save our Dharma.

We Hindus are not allowed to teach about our heroic Hindu men and women in our schools; we are not allowed to teach the Universal lofty principles of Hindu Dharma to our young ones in schools, but our Temple money is transferred to Madrassas and Churches where non-Hindus are filled with hatred against Hindu Dharma through this same Hindu money. And we Hindus including our Hindu Sadhu Teachers keep quiet, saying to ourselves that we do not dabble in politics. In a democratic system, Raj Neeti is decided by majority people, not by a solitary King. If we Hindus and our Hindu religious Teachers feel afraid of talking about and protecting our Hindu Dharma, then who will protect Hindu Dharma? This Dharma is now going away from India. In front of our own eyes, Hindu Dharma has gone away from Baluchistan, Sindh, Northwest Frontier Province, West Punjab, Jammu- Kashmir, East Bengal, and several areas of Northeast India where Hindus cannot enter without permission of the Church. Are we Hindus not living in a silly sleepy state, saying that Sanatana Hindu Dharma shall not go?

I myself am an Educationist. Let there be higher education throughout India; let Government of India give help for this higher education on the basis of Merit and Means but there should be no discrimination on the basis of religion. We cannot allow the very basic principle of our Constitution to be shattered; we want full freedom for progress of all Indian citizens, of all religions.

1. The UPA Government has placed before the Parliament of India what is called Merit-cum-Means Scholarship Scheme for Minority Communities Students. The Main Part of the Text of this scheme as given by Government of India (http://www.minorityaffairs.gov.in/newsite/index.asp) is attached

2. The Scheme has been prepared by competent people, so-worded as to conceal the inevitable results of the Scheme.

3. Born in 1922 in Sindh, I have lived and seen how 1930 Resolution of the Muslim League in India to Partition the country of India came quietly, Hindus little realizing what is coming. The whole of Sindh was separated from Bombay Presidency around 1934. I recollect how a large number of Sindhi Hindus rejoiced, not knowing that this Muslim-majority area of Sindh is going to become a part of future Pakistan and the Sindhi Hindus will have to run out of Sindh just to save their life and honor. When the Partition came, even a large number of Sindhi Hindu Sadhus enjoying great respect in Sindhi Hindu Community found that it was too late for them to reverse the situation; they also ran out, richer ones flew out of Sindh. Having run or flown out of Sindh, these same Sindhi Hindu Sadhus found themselves very safe in the midst of Hindus of India and they started repeating the same sweet slogan: “Sarva Dharma Sama Bhava”, “Hindu-Muslim Bhai Bhai”. Their disciples did not have the courage to ask them, “then why have you run out of Sindh?” This dumbness and lack of courage to ask pertinent questions is wide-spread not only in Sindhi Hindu community but also in the Hindu community of whole of India. This is pseudo-saintliness through which we Hindus are concealing our cowardice, un-manliness, hypocrisy and even mean-ness. Some thirteen centuries (since 712 A.D.) of having remained in slavery has induced this type of cowardly and mean character amongst the Hindus in general. We Hindus fight amongst ourselves but touch and even lick the feet of our enemies to show them that we are more loyal to them than other Hindus with whom they are fighting to support non-Hindus. This lack of character inside the Hindu community manifests itself in many ways in our daily life. The few honest Hindus are put down by other Hindus very firmly. In this connection, the common statement that “a basket of Hindu crabs does not need a cover; the other crabs in the basket will pull down the escaping crabs”

Who are supporting the UPA Government which has brought these proposals for the so-called minorities? It is mostly the Hindus, selfish and shameless Hindus. Other Hindus just keep quiet. This quietness, this non-action, is really an action to support the dangerous proposals brought by the UPA Government. We must see action in non-action. We must see sinful cowardice behind Hindu pseudo-saintliness. We must remember that when in the First Chapter of Geeta, Sri Arjun spoke a lot of saintliness and refused to fight, Sri Krishna was clear enough to tell him, “Arjuna, you are speaking like a Pandit, but acting like an Un-Aryan.” Today our pseudo-saintly Hindu community along with many of its pseudo-saintly Teachers is, more or less, in the condition of Sri Arjuna talking big things, giving and listening to irrelevant sermons.

Very few, hardly any, Sadhus point out the politically declining condition of Hindu Dharma in our Hindu Society in India. Are we Hindus not living in a silly sleepy state, saying that Sanatana Hindu Dharma shall not go.

Yes, Hindu Dharma is Eternal, Sanatana, like Law of Gravitation, Law of Noble Conduct, Law of Rebirth, Law of Karma, etc. It will survive or appear elsewhere outside India. Hindu Community in India has proved unfit to protect and hold on to this Hindu Dharma. Survival of the fittest is the Law of Life. We cowardly Hindus cannot oppose this Law of Life; we are proving unfit.

4. Full two generations of Hindus (since 1947 till today) have lived without elementary knowledge of Hindu Dharma. Our younger generation knows very little of Hindu Dharma, its Noble principles, the Great Hindu men and women who have left us with noble culture.

And now, the UPA Government has come with 20,000 scholarships every year for non-Hindus who have been practically brought up to hate Hindu Dharma; these scholarships are to be given for higher studies above 12th standard H.S.C level. What is the proof of MERIT for these scholarships? 50% marks in H.S.C. examination. Who is supposed to have MONETARY NEED for these scholarships? How many mini-Pakistans and mini-Vaticans shall we have in or near the Universities? Any number, to grow and grow, year by year.

Under these circumstances, what are Hindu young boys and girls to do if they want to have higher education? Cost of living is rising for everyone. Tuition fees are rising. Naturally, the Hindus students have to get converted out of Hinduism to get higher education in India. Already they do not know the difference in the ideology of Hindu Dharma and ideology of non-Hindu religions. And now we are forcing them to give up Hindu religion and thereby make a choice for decent education if they want further rise in life. Who is forcing these young Hindu boys and girls to go out of Hindu Dharma? We Hindus who are supporting this Government and this system of discrimination against Hindus by the Government.

Shall our Hindu Sadhus and other Hindu people sit quietly, gossip and make murmurs of no consequence to save Hindu Dharma? Then why should they be there at all on this Earth? They should better pack out, as they packed out of Pakistan in 1947–48; they have proved unfit to live.

5. The Constitution of India declares that no citizen of India shall be discriminated on grounds of his or her religion. What is now happening? What has been happening during the last 50 years or so? <b>'Secular' race to appease Muslims</b>
Second opinion: KR Phanda (Pioneer)

This refers to the news report, "BJP's Muslim drive" (April 6). By launching the scheme for allocation of Government funds for Muslims on religious lines and the reservation of seats and jobs for Muslims, the Congress wants to achieve three objectives.

First, the Congress wants to 'reward' Muslims for the atrocities committed on Hindus by Muslim rulers. These barbarities included the killing of Hindus, selling of their women and children in the slave markets of Baghdad and Damascus; and, the destruction of Hindu places of worship.

The destruction wrought by Muslim rulers on Hindu ethos and culture was extensive and overwhelming. In our search for Hindu temples in 2001-02, we could not locate a single temple in Delhi, Mathura, Kannauj, Jaunpur and Varanasi which dated back to the Hindu period. <b>Short of changing the names of rivers in India, Muslim invaders tried to change the name of every village, town and city. Roughly more than 50 per cent of villages, towns and districts in Uttar Pradesh bear Muslim names. Even the names of Mathura and Varanasi were changed into Islampur and Islamabad.</b>

Second, the Congress wants to reaffirm its support for the creation of Pakistan in 1947 and is further prepared to create 'Osmanistan' in Andhra Pradesh and 'Bang-i-Islam' in West Bengal. This was the scheme suggested by C Rahmat Ali of Cambridge University in 1935 in his pamphlet, The Millet of Islam and Menace of Indianism. Development of minority concentrated districts is a step in this direction.

<b>Third, the Congress wants to assure Muslims that it will treat Hindus with contempt. The party stands committed to the collection of taxes from Hindus and their use in turn for running madarsas and other Muslim institutions. </b><b>By this act, it wants to convince Muslims that Hindus are still paying jizya as they use to pay during Muslim rule.</b>

At another level, the BJP, despite its opposition to reservation on the basis of religion, has supported quota for "socially and economically" weaker sections of Muslims. This shows the intellectual bankruptcy of the BJP, as it also amounts to Muslim appeasement. After all, why should a religious community be given concession which forced the division of India and treated Hindus as nothing short of slaves?

<b>Muslims want Haj subsidies scrapped</b><!--QuoteBegin-->QUOTE<!--QuoteEBegin-->The Centre bankrolls Hajj pilgrims to the tune of Rs 300 crore each year by subsidising the return airfare to Saudi Arabia. <b>Under the Malaysian model, each prospective pilgrim contributes money towards Haj travel to a Shariat-complaint corpus of fund, something like India’s Public Provident Fund. Malaysians therefore fund their own Haj travel, unlike Indians.</b>

“The PM has constituted a committee headed by the Cabinet secretary to go into the issue of an alternative financing option after we submitted a proposal to him. He is keen on a change that will empower Muslims,” Rajya Sabha deputy chairperson K. Rahman Khan, told the Hindustan Times on Thursday from Bangalore.

Khan had recently led a group of MPs to the PM demanding scrapping of the Haj subsidy and five state Hajj committees have appealed to the Centre to amend the Haj Act. On Thursday,  Imam Ahmed Bukhari of Delhi’s<b> Jama Masjid submitted a memorandum to the PM, demanding the Haj Act be amended to end Air India’s monopoly</b>.

To scrap the subsidy, they have cited the Quran, which says Haj is compulsory for only those who can afford it.

“Currently, a pilgrim pays Rs 12,000 towards airfare. He pays another Rs 60 to 70,000 towards other expenses,” Mohammed Owais, the CEO of Haj Committee of India said from Mumbai.

<b>“The Centre is keen on changing Haj financing, especially because of appeasement charges from the Sangh Parivar,”</b> an official source said. A case challenging the subsidy filed by the Shiv Sena is already pending before the Allahabad High Court.

Now they want to create fund, so that it can be used without shame by Muslims. It is Haram to use subsidy but hey they still use it.
