Take a look at what we are facing from the Islamic population: EXTREME GROWTH
Hindus will grow at 11.2 per cent
Muslims at 45.9 per cent in Kerala.

That is an enormous, unstoppable demographic advantage. In about 3 generations when we are all about to die, that growth advantage will show up as a population advantage in terms of percentage.

If we don't reproduce in a healthy fashion, we are screwed. And, no, One Hindu is not equal to ten Muslims. Let us dispense with that sort of BS.

G.Sub a question for you, do you think that the Muslim demographics declined, kept increasing or stayed stable once the Maratha, Sikh and Jat expansion began?

I know that the Muslim % went up once the British took over but what about before the British and under Hindu rule?

Syro-Malabar Church Archbishop Mar Varkey Vithayathil says, âWe feel that there is lot of selfishness growing in families. There is a pro-death mentality, a mentality against life.â

In pursuit of their selfish joys, even those who can afford to bring up children don't want them. Those who have the means should come forward to have more children. The impact of market mentality on human relationship is visible in all levels of society.

The Cardinal feels there is no reason to worry about increasing population, and the state should not try to restrict the family size.

âThe state has no right to tell couples how many children they should have nor the church has the right to tell them. Its the couple themselves who have to decided how many children they should have in a responsible way,â says Vithayathil.

The Christian community is powerful in the state and contributes to 20 per cent of the vote bank. Not surprisingly, there is a huge political angle to the Bishop's call and Church goers are aware of it.

A Church goer Mathew C Jose says, âAfter demarcation constituencies in Christian dominated Central Travancore merged while North Malabar got more constituencies because of increase in population.â

When RSS Chief KS Sudarshan had called upon Hindus to have at least three children, last year, it lead to a huge uproar across the country. Cardinal Vithayathil's statements is also likely to spark off a debate.

I hope the progressives come out of their hiding places and say something now like they did when Sudarshan asked Hindus to have more kids.

Cardinal Mar Varkey Vidayathil, the archbishop of the Catholic Church in Kerala, has asked Catholic families to have more children because the population of Christians is declining. A market mentality is dominating relationships, the archbishop said, and the very future and sanctity of the family is in danger.

So affluent Christians must have more children, he said. This advice comes in a pastoral letter, read out in some 2,000 parishes on Sunday.

"What the Church said is relevant today. The Church is our mother and she has all rights to direct us. Especially, they can instruct us on certain issues," Dr Joseph says.

A comparison between Indian and European lifestyles are soon drawn. Rani feels that the Cardinal's call will help preserve family values.

"If you travel to European countries, one thing that touches you is that they don't have the concept of family. For them, children are also a burden. But coming to Kerala or the Indian context, we cherish the concept of family a lot," she adds.

Others though found different reasons to justify the Church's directions. Thomas Dominic, 21, is happy about the Church's decision.

"I have two brothers. So I have learnt in my life how to adjust, how to cope with people. The people who are the only child of their parents, no matter where they go, they will have a problem in adjusting with people," says Dominic.

But the Catholic Church doesn't want to create an unnecessary controversy. The bishop says couples are free to decide on their family size, but those who have the means to raise more children should have more babies.

"The state has no right to tell couples how many children they should have. Nor does the Church have any right to tell them. They couples themselves will have to decide how many children they should have, but in a responsible way," says Cardinal Varkey Vidayathil.

When Muslims and Chruch started calling for more babies, seems like impotent media and commies decided to go inside den to produce more scums against Hindus.

This is good. Unfortunately Hindus will get this 'pro-life' message only when the 'forward' xtians say it. Instead of denouncing this message of hum-panch-humare-pachchis garbed in more sofisticated language, we should spread this message far and wide. Sudarshan should not whine, he should welcome this message and thank the nut for his durandeshi and ask hindus to learn from it.

I am sick of arguing with hindutva women who refuse to counter breed
They have all sorts of excuses
1. I will adopt , ( orphans are less than 1% )
2. Quality is better than quantity ( watch your 1 quality hindu kid being halaled by 5 quantity muslim kids )

Islam is primitive and brutish, and only primitive methods like counter breeding will stop islam

Islam will be non-jihadist only as long as islam is diluted to below critical mass

Per the 1881 census, muslims were 19% of south asia
Anecdotally there was mass conversion to islam in the 19th century of
Namasudras, a Dalit bengali caste and village after village of east bengal became muslim majority
By backward extrapolation, I would say that muslims were 15% in 1800

My gut feel was that muslims were flat at 15% throughout 1700 - 1800

Upper caste hindus refused to take reconverts, well documented by
Abbe Dubois when brahmins of Mysore refused to accept return of forcibly converted hindus after death of Tipu Sultan

I am fairly sure that reconverts were accepted in the backward castes

So throughout the 18th century, there was a slow trickle of reconverts back to hinduism

This trickle was neutralised by
muslim mass breeding and womb management, namely widow remarraige
Whereas hindu widows were not remarried
and in addition the always muslim tactic of eloping with foolish hindu girls

So the answer is muslim demographics stayed stable under hindu rule

This was the most in a State in the same period after Jammu & Kashmir, which accounted for more than 1,700 deaths. What gives fresh cause for worry is that it is the first time that a place of worship was targeted in the State, with the obvious objective of spreading panic in the Hindu majority valley in Manipur. It also establishes that while the country's security agencies were busy focussing on major towns and cities following the American advisory of possible terrorist strikes, the North-East was not given the same degree of attention, as a result of which the blast in the Imphal temple could not be prevented. In other words, what the terrorists attempted successfully in Akshardham (Gandhinagar), Raghunath Mandir (Jammu), and Sankat Mochan (Varanasi), was repeated in Imphal, and both the UPA Government at the Centre and the State Government of Mr Idobi Singh are answerable for the dastardly killings inside the Krishna shrine. They must, to begin with, throw light on the extent to which Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence has penetrated the North-East providing logistical and material support to terrorists infiltrating into the region from Bangladesh. They must answer, also, whether it was the work of the same set of jihadis who have attacked Hindu shrines in other parts of the country in the past. If not, are there new players trying to fish in the troubled waters of the North-East?

Indeed, security analysts and think-tanks have for long been pointing at the changing demographic profile of the region, and the Government must state clearly whether or not this is the beginning of yet another round of ethnic cleansing aimed at driving out the Hindu population. In fact, Manipur has witnessed a fall in its Hindu majority; whereas according to the 1901 census, 60 per cent of the region's population was Hindu (36 per cent comprised animistic tribes), the figure had reduced to 57 per cent by 1991. In this period, the Christian population has reached 34 per cent and Muslims have grown from four per cent in 1901 to eight per cent in 1991. If politics of vote-bank has played havoc with regional security and inspired multiple insurgent groups, widespread corruption has prevented the utilisation of Central funds for development programmes. Economic growth, as a result, is negligible. This is all the ballast and basis hostile foreign interests need to spread their growing arc of terror.

G.Sub I see that some morons who are too dhimmi to understand the implications of Muslim growth rate have been trying to sidetrack the issue about the demographic threat and try to make it out as if it's based on socio-economics, they will be exposed if you simply quote the literacy statistics in Kerala for Hindus, Muslims and xtians and the birth rates of the 3 communities along with that, as we all know both Hindus and Muslims have almost the same literacy rate there but Muslims have a birth rate that's double the state's avg.
