IB directed to remove bugs from courts, judges’ residences: SC bans intelligence personnel from courtsQUOTEISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court on Monday reprimanded government lawyers for filing a “scandalous” dossier of evidence against Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry. The court fined the government Rs 100,000 and suspended the advocate on record who filed the evidence.

A 13-member full court bench, headed by Justice Khalilur Rehman Ramday, also banned all unauthorised personnel, including intelligence personnel, from entering the Supreme Court and high courts and ordered the Intelligence Bureau (IB) to sweep the courts and their judges’ homes of any bugging devices, and file an affidavit to this effect in the SC next Monday.

The documents, which were part of a civil miscellaneous application filed by the government, contained unidentified and unsigned papers which were allegedly abusive of the chief justice. Aitzaz Ahsan said the language in the documents was so abusive that he could not read them out. He said the file contained photographs taken inside Justice Chaudhry’s home as well as anonymous complaints and derogatory remarks about senior judges.

Ok, on take off from Toronto, I noticed a slight engine damage, huge in terms of EU safety measwsures, but as myself, knew nothing could happen as such.

Still can't see the damage?

Look carefully and closely, you'll see the the bracket bent upwards with a bolt/Rippet missing.

Anyways, I didn't want to turn back, so I kept my mouth shut, but somehow opened my big fat mouth at Lahore airport.

Anyways, the engineering department of Lahore airport were there in a jiff, I was so impressed, and all the passenger watched with awe as a guy placed a ladder against the engine, climbed up with a long sledge hammer type rod, and went bang bang sledge and bang "Holy F*ck*ly $hit"

One passenger started to shout "I'm going to report, I never saw anything like that in my life!", others started to blame me "why did you have to inform them now, couldn't you wait untill Karachi?", and so on, and after an hours delay (because of your's truly), we finally took off with the damaged bracket.

Still the same to Karachi, the sledge hammer just didn't bang it right!

Mudy Ji :

Without in any way trying to defend Air India I was (and still am) working in the City when the EU issued a set of "Warnings" to Air India and gave them Six Months to rectify the faults.

To their credit Air India quietly went into the "Air Charter Market" and "Hired" a number of Air Crafts - basically on Dry Lease - and then went about rectifying the faults and ordering New Air Crafts.

Lotastaan, on the other hand - disregarding the EU "Warnings", I think twice - and then all Hell broke loose.

Despite EU banning a Major Part of the PIA Fleet (Only 6-7 777s were acceptable in the EU and it is one of these 777s that is being described in the Toronto - Lahore - Karachi "Flight Experience in my two posts) our Government of India allowed the PIA "Defective Fleet" to operate into and out of India.

Moron Singh is under the thumb of Sonia and has to obey Orders.

M S Aiyar is not only a Chinese Stooge (Collected funds for the Chinese in 1962 Chinese Invasion) but also seems to have an "Unnatural Love" for "The Whories"

In early August 1947 his Father (A Chartered Accountant in The Whore) decided to leave the upcoming state of Pakistan and go back to what would remain India.

His Muslim Friends in the "Mohulla" dissuaded him

On the 16 or 17th August (or thereabouts) the same Muslim Friends came to the Aiyar Family with Long Knives and "Persuaded" them to depart for India.

Thus M S Aiyar's Love for the Lotas is an "Unnatural Love"

Mudy Ji :

1. Whether Bush will Push Mush's Tush is a "Tight Secret" within Ye Ol' Whitey House and the Satan Department. Again the "successor" will be determined within these confines.

2. I do not think a "Coup" will be tolerated by Ye Ol' Whitey House or the Satan Department as it might lead to the "Beards" taking over - you must be aware that the Junior & Middle Ranking Officers in the Lotastaani Army are Heavily Islamized and in case of a Coup the result will most probably be similar to the cases of Negiub-Nasser (Egypt) or Kassem-Saddam (Iraq) which will get out of the hands of Ye Ol' Whitey House-Satan Department combine.

ISLAMABAD - ’Strategic’ use of ‘burqa’ to escape unnoticed is not Maulana Ghazi Abdul Aziz’s exclusive exploit.

The burqa-clad Maulvi Tameezud Din entered the court premises unnoticed and succeeded in securing the verdict in his favour.

Mudy Ji :

Many thanks your views with which I can concur except that Mush the Tush’s “Operation Lal Masjid” is totally under the Instructions of the Chinese Government as also totally a Pakistani Operation without any outside support.

Uncle is, in fact, despairing at the action being taken as per Chinese Orders whereas Uncle has been hardly successful in having Mush the Tush act similarly against the Lotastaani Jehadi Terrorists in Pakistan & Afghanistan in General and in FATA in Particular.

It is sad that the Indian Government - especially Minister Patil - tries to disassociate Islamic Terrorism from Lotastaan by stating Pakistan is also a victim of Terrorism

This is patently untrue.

Pakistan is indeed the Training as well as Operation Base, nay the Epicentre - of International Islamic Terrorism

There are no ifs or buts. Only confirmation and unequivocal reiteration.

Pakistan security official says Musharraf plane fired on

Mian Khursheed Reuters - 46 minutes ago

ISLAMABAD (Reuters) - Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf's plane was fired on as it took off on Friday from a military airfield in Rawalpindi, an intelligence officer said, contradicting official denials.

Musharraf's plane arrived safely in the southwestern town of Turbat, where the president visited flood victims. The military denied there had been any attack.

But an intelligence officer, speaking on condition of anonymity, said there had been an unsuccessful attempt on Musharraf's life.

"There was an attempt, that was missed," said the officer, who declined to be identified.

U.S. ally Musharraf, who came to power in a military coup in 1999, survived two assassination attempts by al Qaeda-linked militants in Rawalpindi in December 2003.

A Reuters photographer saw two large guns mounted on the roof of a two-storey house in the congested area close to the airport, and a neighbour said he heard the firing.

One appeared to be a long barrelled anti-aircraft gun and the other a light machine gun.

They were placed between large satellite dishes and a water tank of the flat-roofed house, located directly under the flight path close to the runway. A low wall ran round the perimeter of the roof.

Security is normally deployed in the area ahead of the president's flights, the timings of which are generally kept secret.

Neighbour Arshad Mehmood said the house had been vacant and up for rent, though a couple with two children had visited it the previous night.

Security forces have cordoned off the area around the house in the garrison town next to the capital, Islamabad, and the owner, a shopkeeper, had been detained.

According to some accounts given by television reporters a rocket was also fired at the plane.

But the Pakistan military was adamant there had been no attack.

"There was no firing at the president's plane. He is in Turbat," an army spokesman said.

Musharraf, who came to power in a military coup in 1999, has been a hated figure among Pakistani militant groups since he abandoned support for the Taliban and sought peace with India over the disputed territory of Kashmir.

The reports of a fresh assassination attempt came as Pakistani security forces laid siege to a mosque in Islamabad where a radical cleric and hundreds of followers were holed up after clashes on Tuesday.

At least 19 people have been killed so far in the clashes and bloody stand-off.

Washington has depended on General Musharraf to help crush Osama bin Laden's network, the remnants of which have been regrouping in Pakistan's tribal areas on the Afghan border.

The Pakistan army's support is crucial also to the success of a NATO counter-insurgency campaign against the Taliban in Afghanistan.

Coincidentally, the plane of Mohammad Zia-ul-Haq, another Pakistani president who came from the military and was allied to the United States, was fired on as it overflew the same neighbourhood in the 1980s.

Zia later died in a mysterious aircrash, along with the U.S. ambassador. There has long been speculation enemies inside the military assassinated him.
