This is what I think is happening.

SD is a low level org which is responsible for feeding media with the news output. These are areas where media specialists like clinton operate and the cables are the raw material which get filtered into 'news stories', which are then planted into media houses. low level media operatives like clintons are occasionally given taste of power but usually it will revert to back to high level agency operatives like bushes and obama. no references to church in cables indicates that these are output cables and not feedback cables; this is clear as well in the post LTTE cable.

USG's Technocratic harem is diverted by soft pursuits like 'the pirates bay' and the entire cultural matrix which is the new age culture, in return for which or in opium of which, they perform the necessary technical services in foreign subversion. However, this cultural matrix is also a major source of revenue for the USG and also conduit for its hold upon the general populace/laity. So regulations are placed upon this alterna culture. Because of cognitive dissonance, fleeting appreciation of the 'hypocrisy' of the system (disconnect between stated intention and action; which is also a necessary condition for system operation), technocrats may occasionally "convert" and "go rogue". This is what happened to Manning; the trigger was possibly the DDOS attack upon Pirate's bay, which technocrats took as a personal insult (after all, it is their territory being attacked by their own methods and that too by outsourced indian technocrats). In childish rage, the technocrats retaliated by releasing the efferent limb of SD interfaces with media (which interfaces with the gen populace and which alone is in a position to be released). USG Decision making network is secure and not in position to be released. The feedback cables are part of the secure network and not in position to be released. Only output interfaces with media are in a position to be released.

Upon reading these output cables, gurus expect full disclosure but only encounter raw material for public consumption; hence the appearance of a false flag.

Now, it makes sense how Chinese could oppose the US in Korea and Vietnam after the Chinese US pact in WW2 and initial/known Missionary/Agency influence on Communist Leadership. Leaders of both countries had an understanding and all jokers in field were sacrificed as show only! That means the nation-state itself is a propaganda mask!

India is the same case except that heathen consciousness survived active in India, while only passive in post-Boxer China.

Quote:Congress played minority politics post 26/11

New Delhi: The United States believed that the Congress party backed the “outlandish” conspiracy theories over the death of Maharashtra ATS chief Hemant Karkare in the 26/11 attack for “crass” political gains.

A diplomatic cable that is part of the latest disclosures by WikiLeaks, reveals that the then US Ambassador to India, David Mulford, wrote to Washington that the Congress, despite having done well in the recent state elections, made a "cynical political calculation" to boost the conspiracy theory.

The secret cable -- sent a month after the Mumbai terrorist attack and revealed, extraordinarily, the day after senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh told The Indian Express that his first "shocked and demoralised" reaction on hearing of Karkare's death had been 'Oh my God, they (rightwing Hindu groups opposed to his probe into the Malegaon bombing) have killed him' -- shows that the US thought that the Congress went on to "implicitly endorse the conspiracy" after initially distancing itself from the then minority affairs minister AR Antulay's "completely unsubstantiated claims".

Days after Karkare's assassination, Antulay had said the chief of the Maharashtra ATS could have been a victim of "terrorism or terrorism plus something".

"Antulay's completely unsubstantiated claims gained support in the conspiracy-minded Indian-Muslim community. Hoping to foster that support for upcoming national elections, the Congress Party cynically pulled back from its original dismissal and lent credence to the conspiracy," Mulford wrote.

However, regardless of later dismissals of Antulay's claim by the Congress, the "Indian Muslim community will continue to believe they are unfairly targeted by law enforcement and that those who investigate the truth are silenced", the Ambassador added.

According to Mulford, the Congress's about-turn from initially dismissing Antulay's statement was based on narrow identity politics.

"As support seemed to swell among Muslims for Antulay's unsubstantiated claims, crass political opportunism swayed the thinking of some Congress Party leaders. What's more, the party made the cynical political calculation to lend credence to the conspiracy even after its recent emboldening state elections victories," reads the envoy's cable.

The Congress, Mulford wrote, "will readily stoop to the old caste/religious-based politics if it feels it is in its interest... While cooler heads eventually prevailed within the Congress leadership, the idea that the party would entertain such outlandish claims proved once again that many party leaders are still wedded to the old identity politics".

Antulay, the cable reads, was "probably bewildered to find that his remarks, similar in vein to what he would have routinely made in the past to attack the BJP, created such a furor this time".

On Saturday, the Congress said that the purported contents of the leaked cable were communication between a US Ambassador and his government, to which it could not react.

"All Ambassadors and High Commissioners keep on giving reports to their respective governments. This is between the two of them (Mulford and the US government). Any responsible party cannot react to claims made by anybody, which are not authenticated," Congress media department chairman Janardan Dwivedi said.

Here is the report from respected Express Tribune:

http://tribune.com.pk/story/88268/pakist...s-attackin\

g-india-published/

Pakistani media: Fake WikiLeaks cables attacking India published

In the December 9 edition of The Express Tribune, a report was published on page

8 under the caption “WikiLeaks: What US officials think about the Indian

Army”. It now transpires that the story, which was run by a news agency,

Online, was not authentic.

The Express Tribune deeply regrets publishing this story without due

verification and apologises profusely for any inconvenience caused to our valued

readers.

UK-based newspaper Guardian published a report on this issue, which is being

printed for our readers.

The Guardian story

Citing the WikiLeaks cables, major Pakistani newspapers this morning carried

stories that purported to detail eye-popping American assessments of India’s

military and civilian leaders.

According to the reports, US diplomats described senior Indian generals as vain,

egotistical and genocidal; they said India’s government is secretly allied

with Hindu fundamentalists; and they claimed Indian spies are covertly

supporting militants in Pakistan’s tribal belt and Balochistan.

“Enough evidence of Indian involvement in Waziristan, Balochistan,” read the

front-page story in The News; an almost identical story appeared in the

Urdu-language Jang.

If accurate, the disclosures would confirm the worst fears of Pakistani

nationalist hawks and threaten relations between Washington and New Delhi. But

they are not accurate.

An extensive search of the WikiLeaks database by the Guardian by date, name and

keyword failed to locate any of the incendiary allegations. It suggests this is

the first case of WikiLeaks being exploited for propaganda purposes.

The controversial claims, published in four Pakistani national papers, were

credited to the Online Agency, an Islamabad-based news service that has

frequently run pro-army stories in the past. No journalist is bylined.

Shaheen Sehbai, group editor at The News, described the story as “agencies’

copy” and said he would investigate its origins.

The incident fits in with the wider Pakistani reaction to WikiLeaks since the

first cables emerged.

Well known American Newspaper CS Monitor wrote:

Pakistani papers duped by bogus WikiLeaks cables

Pakistani newspapers carried stunning claims yesterday about India, the

country's long-time foe, wrongly sourced to the WikiLeaks data dump.

...

A number of papers including the Daily Mail and The News of Pakistan carried

these reports, which were not signed. The source of the information? A Pakistani

news wire called "Online News" that appears to be closely tied to the

government.

The News, in apologizing to readers today, leaves the strong impression that the

bogus reports were part of a government misinformation campaign. The paper

writes that the Mohsin Baig, the head of online news, said "he had just returned

from Turkey where he had accompanied the prime minister on his official visit

and was therefore in the dark about how the story was released."

Another editor at Online News said he didn't know the source of the fake cables

and refused to contact an employee who might know the answer. Eventually The

News "learnt from our sources that the story was dubious and may have been

planted" and said the story first appeared in two local papers "known for their

close connections with certain intelligence agencies."

..

Pakistani newspaper The News identified the sources:

On further inquiries, we learnt from our sources that the story was dubious and

may have been planted.

A check on the Internet as well as The Guardian report showed that the story was

not based on Wikileaks cables, and had in fact originated from some local

websites such as The Daily Mail and Rupee News known for their close connections

with certain intelligence agencies.
The Guardian quoted Shaheen Sehbai, Group

Editor The News, as describing the story as “agencies’ copy” and said he

would investigate its origins.

US envoy Timothy Roemer quoted in the WikiLeaks cables said, "Over the past four years, he (Rahul) was an elusive contact, but he could be interested in reaching out to the United States, given a thoughtful, politically sensitive and strategic approach on our part".

Roemer spoke about the need to reach out to the young leaders of the country. "We will seek other opportunities to engage with him and with other promising young members of the new generation of parliamentarians," he was quoted as having said.

"Gandhi mentioned that in the recent election, 60 members of the new Parliament were 45 or younger," according to the cable. "In a system long viewed as relatively static, the influx of new faces and the rising profile of young leaders like Rahul Gandhi provides us an opening to expand the constituency in support of the strategic partnership with a long term horizon," Roemer said.

This particular cable is one of about 3,038 US diplomatic cables sent from Delhi and leaked by the whistle-blower website.

WikiLeaks is releasing a quarter million secret US documents and 5,087 records amongst these refer to India.

Two things have happened since the WikiLeaks cable release on Rahul Gandhi.

1. The BJP has said Rahul Gandhi speaks the language of Pakistan. The Congress general secretary said Hindu militant groups were a bigger threat to India than the Lashkar.

2. The second is the response from the Congress. The party, in its first statement since the cable, said it suspected a conspiracy behind the release. "Let us verify the truth. May be there is some conspiracy behind the pattern with which this all is being done," Congress leader Janardan Diwedi said.

Rahul remarks crass communalism, says BJP:

Here are the details of the BJP's reactions to the Rahul Gandhi's comments.

BJP spokesperson Ravishankar Prasad (the man who never smiles) has condemned Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's remarks that radicalised Hindu groups could pose a "bigger threat" to India than the LeT.

Prasad said "in one stroke", he has given a "big leverage" to the propaganda of all terror groups in Pakistan.

He said the remarks were "Irresponsible. It is in the public domain and the US government has neither denied nor confirmed it. Therefore, it has sanctity."

Prasad said such remarks impinge upon India's strategic security and fight against terrorism. "If he sees a fringe radical Hindu group as the biggest threat in spite of so many terrorist attacks including 26/11 in which involvement of Pakistani groups is confirmed, then it only underscores how ignorant he is about India and its problems," the BJP leader said.

The party also attacked him for making such remarks to a foreign diplomat and not before the Indian Parliament and said the opposition would take up the issue in next Parliament session and also before the people.

He said the PM has publicly acknowledged that Maoism and terrorist threat from across the border are the biggest challenges before India and Rahul Gandhi says certain lunatic, marginalised Hindu radical groups are the biggest threat?"

Senior opposition leader Prakash Javadekar said the statement shows "crass communalism and jaundiced world view".

That has Vatican fingerprints all over it. They've been laying the ground for the "Hindu terror" fiction just so they can spread it everywhere, even as their Christian Inquistion can torture and disappear innocent Hindus at will.

What Raoul Gandhi has mouthed is the same propaganda that the Vatican mouthpiece Italian site "AsianNews.it" has been peddling. See point 3 of post 200 of the "Hindu Terror" Eidolon thread. The bit that starts with:

Quote:3. Is it christian? Oh yes, yes it is. Check out the report of the Italian Vatican mouthpiece for Asia called AsiaNews.it

Note the motto/mission of the catholic terrorist site is visible at the top of the site:

Quote:Asia. Our common task for the New millennium.

(From: "Rise, let us be on our way" by John Paul II)

(^ That was the Pope's signal to his sleeper catholics in India that it was time they started going on conversion overdrive: that is, time to murder Hindu civilisation. Opus Dei isn't the only catholic christian gangster convention you know. 'Lay' catholics are too.)

Anti-terror trial: Malegaon bombers planning a Hindu state

Prosecution submits more than 4,000 pages of evidence against people accused of carrying out the bomb attacks that killed six and wounded 70 in September last year. The group was also preparing other attacks in order to subvert the legal order. A former BJP member of parliament attended some of the groups secret meetings.
Rest of that article in the aforementioned post

The lies against Hindus/Hindu religion is ongoing at that site. And it has been foreshadowing (i.e practically pre-planning) a lot of what the crypto-christo Indian govt and its ATS and CBI arms have been doing: hinting/insisting on their direction of action against Hindus I mean "Hindu Terror".

And now Raoul's opinion is "miraculously" in line with the Vatican mouthpiece. What a great "coincidence" that he/sis Bianca/their mother Antonia are all faithful catholics too.

Raoul is just parroting Vatican guidelines. It has a plan (to proscribe Hindu religion and further alienate the secularised ex-Hindus/would-have-been Hindus from Hindu religion/Hindus/Hindu causes). And 'tis a very scary plan.

Christianism has been laying the foundation for and started propagating the "Hindu Terror" fictions for the following reasons:

1. To offset their christofiction of "Hindu terror" against the very real and documented christian and islamic terrorisms in India.

Christianism has ethnically cleansed and outright genocided a Huge Number of Dharmics in India over the last decades (apparently more than islam has achieved - yet no one hears the sensitive seculars mentioning this), and taken over huge swathes of indigenous Dharmic Indian land in a short amount of time by ethnically cleansing the native Dharmics from their homes.

And where in the christomedia in India is this data reported? Nowhere at all. (Because it is christomedia: invisibility of christian terror in Indian news, coupled with visibility of islamic terror and constant harping on the invented christofiction is yet another indication that it's *christo* media.)

Instead only the "Hindu terror" fiction is repeated over and over. And more stories are regularly invented/inserted in line with this by the christomedia, to prop up the notion of such "terror" being ongoing.

It is a mechanism both to conceal christian terrorism from the public view/knowledge, and to create an equal-equal situation with islamism. "Hindu religion is as bad as islam"

2. Worse: to give incentive to proscribe Hindu religion at a future date. With the latest 'development' (pre-planned) in christo-opinion: "Hindu religion is more dangerous than islam".

I.e. using nothing but dawaganda.

But Propaganda, as all know, is THE skill of the catholic church (of all christianisms in general, but the catholic church is Da Adept). Christianism, after all, famously invented propaganda, for Known (and predictable) Purposes.

http://www.nobeliefs.com/ChurchesWWII.htm Christianity in Europe during WWII

Quote:Forcing Jews, and heretics into the Catholic faith, of course has always served as a hallmark of Catholicism. When they could not legally use strong-arm tactics they used propaganda. Although most people associate the term with Hitler, propaganda actually came as an invention by the Catholics long before the Nazis, from the Sacra Congregatio de Propaganda Fide, an organization established by Pope Gregory XV in 1622.
Subversion, propaganda, libel, fiction, ..., genocide, ethnic cleansing. In these, christianism is the King (and if one could consider a King of Kings among them, that distinction would go to catholicism).

3. They use it to further incense Indian and neighbouring islamania against Hindus, precisely so the islamaniacs will screech about even more "justification" to genocide Hindus some more. To an applauding christomedia and christopublic and a silently approving christogovt, all too happy to have more Hindus massacred, with no visible blood on their=christianism's hands.

4. To eventually use the invented "Hindu terror" versus the real islamic terror to tell the gullible Indians - again using christomedia and modern 'popular culture' etc - that "both religions are equally evil" and that "christianism alone brings peace". (<- Standard christian lie. Seen applied regularly everywhere, including in Shree Lanka.)

"Just accept jeebus/the prince of peace into your hearts and he will 'free' you all/India from terrorism with his 'love'."

5. The Christian Inquisition of the Hindus = the real state of affairs. Since "Hindu Terror" is a ruse to take out

- key Hindus (by torturing them in christianism's attempts to get a 'confession' out of them - why it's called the *inquisition* - and then silencing/disappearing said Hindus) and

- key Hindu and other nationalist orgs who oppose christianisation of India by raising their voices/making effort against conversion activities.

6. To attempt to repeat what christianism had done to Jews (ever since after christianism had genocided the Pagani and other Hellenes - i.e. Romans and Greeks). That is, creating conspiracy against a population by inventing and propagating libel:

to create international dislike and revulsion of Hindus, despite the fact that Hindus together with other Dharmics of India are the indigenous of the country and are the real victims of the ongoing terrorism=christoislamania.

7. To brainwash the gullible secular, secularised, secularising masses further against Hindus, Hindu causes and Hindu religion. Christianism hopes dearly that their invention of "Hindu Terror" will make all things Hindu entirely untouchable to the alienated Indian populace which already likes to think of itself as 'progressive'/free of 'backward' Hindu religion.

With its latest Lie, christianism hopes to turn even any vestige of sympathy in the secularised/alienated formerly-Hindu Indians against Hindu religion altogether.

The christian support for islamic terrorism Kashmir (and their subsequent drumming up of international support for islamania in Kashmir while creating international anti-Hinduness concerning the situation of the Dharmic J&K state) was also hatched quite early, well before the Onlooking Internationals joined in with their opinionations and condemnations.

The whole "Hindu terror" fiction can likewise be added as just another episode in the Christian Propaganda against Hindus + the Christian Encouragement of Islamic Jihad.

The news that BV posted on the wikileaks purporting that the US was taken aback upon discovering that the christo-congress would resort to peddling fictions on "Hindu Terror murdered Karkare" instead of the christoislami-terrorism that really murdered him is interesting in that:

a. while it is true that the congress wants to stay in power at all costs, including by lying (in order to gain the islamic vote), its determination to retain power, its willingness to christo-lie, its desperation to christo-woo islam - are all because the congress is christo:

for the christianisation of India to have any chance of success, it's crucial that christianism remains in power in India, and - not having sufficient numbers/leverage to ensure this yet, despite christomedia etc - it cannot do so without its partner in crime, islamism. (Plus through cheating through electronic voting fraud, plus through lying with inventions of "hindu terror", and the "hindu taliban at the pubs" who were all set to be filmed by the christomedia which had "miraculously" arrived earlier at the scene with camera in position - as christonews itself admitted).

b. AmeriKKKa's supposed surprise at christo-congress' most eager willingness to accuse "Hindu Terror" of Karkare's murder, instead of the known culprit of islamania, means one can consider looking a bit further for where the christobrains behind the support for this little twist came from. But no need to go further than the Vatican/catholicism/their planted foot-soldiers in India.

AsiaNews.it has been interesting reading, I found. At times it's like "miraculously" getting Indian christomedia 'news' (=christoPropaganda) months in advance. Miraculous for known reasons.

With any luck, only 2 popes to go.
