Annual Status of Education Report(ASER) 2008 reveals that the quality of schools in Bihar, a BIMARU state is far better than Tamilnadu . The literacy rate, enrollment rate , teacher-pupil ratio and other educational infrastructure has always been far more better in Tamil Nadu than Bihar. but when measured by learning outcomes Bihar scores much better. Actually, for some of the indicators such as per centage of children who can do substraction and per centage of children(std 3-5) who can read std 1 text the difference is beyond imagination. While in Bihar, 62 per cent of Std 3-5 children can do substraction and 67 per cent of std 3-5 children can read std 1 text, the respective figures for Tamil Nadu is only 36 per cent and 45 per cent.

TN syllabus has been deliberately dumbed down in a sneaky effort to close the gap with brahmins

Regarding Dharun Ravi

His GPA was 2.88 and his SAT was 1100 / 1600,

In the 2002, SAT data, the Asian Hindu SAT was 1129 / 1600

He is regressing to a below average IQ for Asian Hindus

Yet his parents boasted about this in facebook and bought him a BMW

This was 3 years ago before the Rutgers event

-

From his fathers name he is a Tamil non-brahmin OBC and eligible for quota

--

Even apart from the name clue

there are several clues that point against being a tambram

1, A Tambram will never be proud of his son getting 2.88 GPA and 1100 / 1600 SAT

2. A Tambram will never boast about, 2.88 gpa and 1100 / 1600 sat

3, A tambram will never buy a bmw for his son during 1st year in college

4. A Tambram being extremely risk averse would have taken the plea bargain of 600 hours community service and no jail time

The very heartening aspect from above is the presence of 2 Patels and 2 Jat Sikhs in the 15 finalists, meaning with nutrition and better cultural environment, High-level peasant castes are also showing up in elite lists
