I am not sure about it, but here is my take.

Although the word 'Brahmana' does not apply anywhere in software engineering, this is just in jest.

Brahmana - Research and Development. Innovation.
Kshatriya - Security and Admin.
Vaishya - eCommerce.
Shudra - Service and BPO.
