On Jan., 27, 2006, IRF had its inaugural meting. Mr R Pandey the Secy., elaboarated on the Foundation's mission and objectives and introduced the speaker Dr Kaushal Vepa. The Treasurer Mr. Arun Sharma spoke about the future events and gave a stirring call to action for the attendees to participate on an individual basis at their level of comfort. Most of the attendees(~50) signd up for the e-mail list.
