Without naming any names please note that when there was wanton destruction of Hindu Temples in Pakistan and Bangladesh in the wake of the removal of the disused ruins of the Babri Mosque various Lords and Ladies consulted the Indian Powers that be as to how best they should bring it to the notice of the British as well as the Indian People.
The Government of Indiaâs Response was that India was a Secular Nation and therefore could not get embroiled in a âReligiousâ incident.
