maybe I am looking at the wrong poster, or maybe because the size of the text is too small to read for me, or maybe I am just plain dumb. But what exactly is wrong with this poster? Just curious.
P.S. All I saw was some flowers with some text on them that I can't read... <!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->
Go to this site and click on hinduism and look for "Ganja Ganesh" poster. There are no flowers behind ganesha, it is mary and jane. <!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->

But i have seen a bronze statue of reclaining ganesha somkeing a hooka at one scuplters place(there were other bronzr icons of ganesh as well, like, ganesha using a PC, using a mobile phone, walking wearing a suit with a briefcase etc Graduate ), i asked the scuplter, how come they scuplted ganesh in these contemporary pose's, while shiva, parvati or krishna are not and
his reply was
"we are making fun of him, won't u make fun of a person with a elephants head. Imagine a child with a elephants head, won't you laugh(lovingly) at him at his state " <!--emo&

I was pleased with his answer, i mean they think ganesh as thier friend and not some big god or somthing. <!--emo&
--><img src='style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' /><!--endemo-->
