At this point, we have enough technical resources for the initial projects envisaged. It will definitely take lot of co-ordination, since it will not be on-site (since the projects initially will not require so). Think about it more like an analyst group working with techies and profs and studfents from various countries.
Yes, we do neet marketing and financial heads too, since it is a bit different approach to applied research and we will have to find a nice way to market it and come up with a financial model.
