He is in Pakistan since 1998. I don't understand how he managed to plan train attack in Bombay.
In April, Police claimed Tunda was involved in Jama Masjid blast.
It means Jama Masjid blast is linked with Mumbai blast. In Jama Masjid Imam Bukhari did not allow police investigation.
It is possible Imam Bukhari may be involved in Mumbai blast or he had knowledge of blast.
