Meet on church history ends

HYDERABAD: The historical aspects of Catholic, Protestant, Orthodox and Independent church movements in the State were discussed at a two-day Andhra Pradesh regional Church History Conference held at Andhra Christian Theological College. It concluded on Sunday.
The conference was moderated by Jetti A .Oliver, Chairman, Church History Association of Andhra Pradesh, and attended by 40 delegates, comprising professors of theological seminaries, heads of churches and inter-denominational leaders.
It was noted that 10,000 publications relating to church movement and its services in the fields of health, education and social services were available in the State Archives, according to a press release here.
