2morrow when relations break down, Pak gulps Indian money which could very well have been spent on the upliftment of poor of country.
It may not be out of context here that Indian water goes thru Bagli ghat to Pak and Indian farmers as well as India itself is imposing sanctions to use of water in country so that water can be saved. Any other country or for that matter even states in India cut each other's water.
So, this is known as 'pennywise pound foolish'.
