Bleeding hearts (Read Nandita Haksar and her cohorts) will not take the case on purpose is what I am saying. The weight of proof will be overwhelming against the accused and they will lose. It is easy for her not to defend and then when convicted claim, hey the guy didnt have adequate defense. Is'nt that what she did with Afzal too? She took up the case, then ceased representation, and now that the fellow got convicted, she claims Afzal didnt have proper representation. Perverse ploy but hey Afzal lives and what is more? He is made into a hero!
