âWe intend to help India directly in construction of atomic energy facilities for peaceful use. On various occasions, we have provided India with nuclear fuel and we will help in settling her problems in international affairs with the provision that Russia will abide by international obligations,â Putin, who will be the chief guest at the Republic Day celebrations on Friday, said in an interview.
