   खास बात यह है कि दोनों नेताओं को आज से पहले इसकी भनक तक न लगी थी। इतना ही नहीं ये दोनों खुलेआम अपनी राजनैतिक गतिविधियां चलाते रहे लेकिन पुलिस ने न तो कभी इन्हें टोका और न ही गिरफ्तार करने की कोशिश की। उधर भाजपा नेता समीर सिंह को न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट में सोमवार से 14 दिन की न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया।

जानकारी के अनुसार कैंट थाने में अपराध संख्या 1206 ए/03 पर धारा-143, 395 , 427 तथा 504 के तहत राकेश पहलवान तथा सुनील सिंह के खिलाफ रपट दर्ज की गयी है। सवाल उठना लाजिमी है कि आखिर तीन साल तक पुलिस क्या करती रही? कानूनन किसी भी मुकदमे की पत्रावली रिमांड के लिए 24 घंटे के भीतर दाखिल हो जानी चाहिए। राकेश पहलवान ने बताया कि कैंट इंसपेक्टर ने वर्ष-04, 05 और 06 में उनके असलहे के लाइसेंस रिन्यूवल संबंधी प्रार्थना पत्र पर स्पष्ट लिखा है कि इनके खिलाफ कोई आपराधिक मुकदमा नहीं है।

Secretary of Vishva Hindu Mahasangh Rakesh Singh Pahalwan and Hindu Vuya Vahini state secretary Sunil Singh have been arrested on charges of a decoity case, that too dated 3 year old! Interesting to note that both have been active in politics all though, and police have never bothered to reach them for this case, which they say they are not even aware of. What took police 3 years is an obvious question. As per the process, police should submit the case correspondance within 24 hours of the remand. Interestingly, Gorakhpur police has been issuing no-criminal-records certificate to Rakesh Singh every year from 2004 onwards, for his gun licence renewal. Another Hindu leader Samir Singh has been sent to remand for 14 days.

Husky, thats right, but in my opinion majority Hindus are very gullible, are not even half conscious, acceptingly take whatever media serves, and some even go many steps in criticizing theier own spiritual leaders for various things they think are evil, based upon media reports. psecs are breeding like mice.
