Pakistan's Railway Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed says that he is 'dejected' that India had refused him a visa to watch the one-day cricket match between the two countries.

<b><span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'>The invitation for the visit to watch the ongoing cricket series was extended to him by his counterpart in India, Lalu Prasad, he said.</span></b>

'I don't know why they have refused me the visa...but I am dejected,' Ahmed told IANS, adding that this was the ideal time to visit India.

According to him, the emergency, imposed in Pakistan on Saturday, would not continue for more than three months.

BTW : Rashid is known as “TULI” (Bell) in Pakistan!

I suppose we have to Watch & Wait.
