Maybe I can get a couple of them to get their heads out of their self-imposed delusional darkness, rub their eyes, blink, and try to ask their biologic and theologic fathers some questions. <b>A: </b>No. The is plenty of very convincing evidence, and plenty of motive, for Jesus to be nothing more than a clever joke played on the messianic jews by the Romans. The Romans got the messianic jews to become good Roman citizens by giving them a messiah who was very forgiving of the Romans. With the power of the royal historians, the Roman Caesar Vespasian and his sons Titus and Domitian imposed their own life story upon the jews, passing it off as the life story of the messiah (the "christ"). Events in Jesus's life are thinly veiled peices of mockery of the jews. The Romans got the jews to worship their own degradation and humiliation that occurred in the Roman-Jewish wars. <b>A:</b> A hundred years ago millions were perfectly convinced that black people had been "created to serve the white race". Go back some more time, and hundreds of millions were convinced that the earth is flat and that it was the center of the universe. Even today millions believe that the earth is only six thousand years old; that there were either no dinosaurs ever, or if there were some, they were drowned out in the Biblical Flood. Millions of people believing something does not make it right.
If you have enough money, you can convince people about almost anything. The Church has a lot of money to buy people off, to buy and manage hospitals, schools; to hush up scandals; to run cable channels and newspapers. Most Indian media is run by Christian Societies who have every intention of tilling the field to reap a bountiful harvest of brainwashed Indians. The Church has its conversion srategies down to a science.
<b>Q:</b> My religion is my business. Who the hell gives you the right to tell me that my Saviour is false? Please respect my rights and leave me alone.
<b>A:</b> At no point in history has Christianity respected the rights of other religions to "be left alone". Forget the inquisitions and the wiping off of large chunks of the native populations of Australia, North America, and South America; the extermination non-christian cultures by christians is in full swing today in India (my homeland). <b>A: </b>I do not force Vishnu, Shiva etc. down your throat. I dont say "Believe in Vishnu, or go to hell forever. Become Hindu and save yourself". Like you said earlier, my religion really is my business. This time for real, unlike with Christianity, which will oppress non-christians, but will pretend to be minding its own business; and will amplify a thousand-fold any perceived anti-christian resentment from non-Christians, while whitewashing the very real persecution of non-Christians at the hands of Christians.
