As a county and now state delegate I would like to say that there is no set delegate count for obama here in CO. During the first caucus obama won 70% - 27% of the caucus delegates, at our county convention it changed 60% - 40% giving Hillary an increase because we actually get to vote and do not have to vote for who won at the first caucus. I suspect Hillary will gain again at our state convention in May, and that is when delegates will be pledged.
