Among half of the black electorate i.e. those above 45, his support was 71% or less. Among those under 45, his support never crossed 86%. So his overall black support in TN should be under 80%
18-29 - 81% (5% of electorate)
30-44 - 86%(9% of electorate)
45-59 - 71%(10% of electorate)
60+ - 67%(5% of electorate)
