If there were Indian ones, we would have already found them, plus farmers won't plant something (doesn't matter if its Israeli or Indian) that doesn't give them good returns.
Tomato, Potato, Guava, Coffee etc are all foreign fruits and vegetables introduced to India in the last few hundred years, and we gave the rest of the world stuff like mangoes.
You can even find Neem trees (native to India) in the Negev desert nowadays.
And finally Olive oil is healthier than other oils used in India, also sunflower is not native to India either, it was introduced to the rest of the world from the Americas.
