Sind and Sauvira are probably same region. This forms part of Pakistan now. According to Alberuni Sauvira stands for Multan and Jaharavar in Pakistan now. Saurastra is Surat and Pratyanta is a border country.</b>

As per shloka seven of the same book, the Saturn’s transit in Ashlesha, aquatic objects or animals, as well as snakes are destroyed.
