Fool me once.....
Obama Calls Muslim Women Barred From Stage
QUOTEShimaa Abdelfadeel and Hebba Aref, the two Muslim women who were asked not to sit where they could be photographed behind Senator Barack Obama because they were wearing traditional religious head coverings, received a call from the candidate himself today to follow up on his campaignâs initial apology.
Fool me twice.........
Muslim Voters Detect a Snub From Obama
QUOTEMr. Ellison (country's first muslim congressman) believed that Mr. Obamaâs message of unity resonated deeply with American Muslims. He volunteered to speak on Mr. Obamaâs behalf at a mosque in Cedar Rapids, one of the nationâs oldest Muslim enclaves. But before the rally could take place, aides to Mr. Obama asked Mr. Ellison to cancel the trip because it might stir controversy. Another aide appeared at Mr. Ellisonâs Washington office to explain.
âI will never forget the quote,â Mr. Ellison said, leaning forward in his chair as he recalled the aideâs words. âHe said, âWe have a very tightly wrapped message.â â
When Mr. Obama began his presidential campaign, Muslim Americans from California to Virginia responded with enthusiasm, seeing him as a long-awaited champion of civil liberties, religious tolerance and diplomacy in foreign affairs. But more than a year later, many say, he has not returned their embrace.

Bad news for anti-Hillary attack dogs in Obama camp: Obama says: I am going to need Clintons
Last night, Chris Mathews tried to stir controversy asking why Clinton had to wait 17 days before endorsing Obama - in an hour show he repeated it thrice!! As if world runs marches to Mattews band? Like that Toobin bobblehead on CNN who got his thongs tied in a knot on the last day of primary about some 24 hour delay in Hillary conceding.
Well, it seems in Obama's own words about Bill Clinton:
QUOTEAsked again if he will speak to Bill Clinton soon, Obama told reporters on his campaign plane, âIâm sure we will. He's in Europe right now which is the only reason we havenât spoken. But weâre looking forward to setting up a long conversation."

MSNBC has lost all credibility and is now a lame Faux-Noise-wanna-be. Most people I know who used to love the late Tim Russert didn't have anything good to say about his primary record and didn't bat an eye lid on events lately.
Coincidence is it not that Tim Russert's wife also an editor of Vanity Fair?
