Discipline in army is most important, India is world most disciplined Army, this is same army when it marched towards Bangladesh, Gen Sam Maneksaw told his men, keep your hand inside pockets. And Army did. I am really proud Indian Army took very strong action against indiscipline among its men. Good example for others.
Moral is kept by Honor, Courage, Dignity, Discipline .
