I have said this for years. Just see live footage now, how unorganized and ridiculous they are. Loud, unadulterated mayhem. No organization, no discipline, absolutely zero technique. All problems compounded by crappy training and equipment. I saw a police officer casually waving his pistol (held in one hand) at drivers. Professionals don't do things like that. Indian police, army still stuck in British times.
