Attack in Mumbai

Army is trained to fight orgainsed, disciplined opposition. These terrorist were not professionally trained , they just know how to use weapons and create havoc. I can bet Army went in with restriction that high valued hostage inside, protecting hostage is more important.
Actually, I am surprised casuality number is low, looks like there target was high profile not crowd. Objective was different.
Indian law enforcement was unable to handle situation.
