Mumbai, Dec 2 (UNI) It was time to try and understand the real nature of the 26/11 terror attack, the motive of the terrorists and purpose behind the acts, Shyam Mukherjee Research Foundation director Tarun Vijay said today.
Speaking at an interactive meet on the terrorist attack in the city, Mr Vijay said unlike the country, an organization like Al Qaeda was clear in its goals and purpose of existence.
Coming down heavily on the elite, he said, ''Bombay has been let down by the elite and their pseudo secularism. Lighting candles after a tragedy will solve very little.'' ' <!--emo&

He said majority of the anti-nationalistic movements and insurgency had their roots in the less developed and remote parts, where communities were denied a chance to be a part of the mainstream progress, he said.
