Way back in 1978, I read an article on IQ tests being administered to SC / ST
The conclusions were surprising, most STs scored at the OBC level, and some even at FC levels, whereas SC scored well below OBC
Meaning IQ of ST has a separate bell curve as compared to SC
The way to think of this is that all of hindu society was originally ST
which later got job differentiated and into separate castes
