The so called Chinese "dialects" is a myth. China is very similar to India, they are full blown languages just like India. One Chinese can't talk to someone in another valley with a different "dialect". They deliberately call it a dialect to show a false sense of unity of China.

However, I suspect that Indian verbal IQ is very high compared to chinese
because most Indians are bilingual
Hindi + regional language
and over 100 million are trilingual
