BJP offered a cautious reaction to an MCOCA court dropping charges under the special law against Sadhvi Pragya Thakur, Lt Col Srikant Purohit and other accused of Malegaon blasts saying the party regretted politicisation of the case.
"What has happened is a part of a judicial process. Even at this stage we donât want issues to be politicised, let the judicial processes be completed which will prove whether the accused are guilty of a terrorist act or not," BJP spokesperson Prakash Javadekar said.
