Chief Election Commissioner Navin Chawla said voting would be held for 288 seats of Maharashtra, 90 seats of Haryana and 60 seats of Arunachal. The counting of votes has been scheduled for October 22.
Chawla said that as per the revised voters' list, Maharashtra had an electorate of 7.56 crore and Haryana 1.20 crore.
